Very conveniently located across the driveway from the Marriott Waterfront. Ducked in there with my parents for a quick pick-me-up while we were waiting for out valeted car to be pulled around. The owner chatted with us about coffee and the area while he made our coffees. The coffee was great. I saw they had a whole list of breakfast sandwiches– I wish I had had time to get one, they sounded so good. It was a quiet morning for them but I could see the place absolutely packed during Seattle’s high season. Added bonus– they have water bowls by the door for the pooches.

I come here every day. They use the best ingredients and never let you down. This is a great place if you want something unique or just a really good coffee.

Couldn’t find my prior review, so leaving a second one to confirm that both days I went at 230p(I’m at the Bell conference center so they’re the only coffee shop within short walk) they had already closed, despite posted hours of 7a-3p. They even left the open sign on. Strongly recommend they change their hours if they’re unwilling to stay open past 2p — why keep pissing off potential customers?

I have been waiting for a coffee place like this on the waterfront and so glad it’s finally here! The coffee was excellent, service was friendly and they have an assortment of top pot donuts and pastries. I had a breakfast sandwich on a croissant with their homemade pesto, ham, Swiss, and a fried egg. It was full of flavor and their pesto was a great addition. The egg was actually fried and not some microwaved brick like some of the other coffee shops in the area. My friend and I enjoyed sitting outside. I will definitely be back!

The best espresso and hot chocolate on Seattle’s waterfront. Also, incredible service and very kid friendly. The proprietor really takes his coffee seriously, and orders a special limited quantity roast of beans for espresso and cappuccino drinks. Seattle is a great place for coffee, but this place rises above others.

Right across the street from the Bell convention center. Excellent coffee and service. I felt very welcomed and my drink tasted great. They add a little cardamon to the mocha which makes it very fragrant and yummy.

Caaya is a wonderful addition to the World Trade Center, offering good coffee, pastries and paninis in a comfortable setting. Abera and Claudia are wonderful hosts. They recently added made-to-order breakfast sandwiches — feta, egg & spinach on a croissant or egg, cheddar, pepper on an English muffin. Both are excellent.
