I bought my condo about a year ago (my first venture into real estate) and Bonnie was FANTASTIC. She was kind, knowledgeable, informed, and whip-​smart.
Bonnie was never pushy — she got a good sense of what I was looking for and guided me in a good direction. I’m thrilled with where I am and I thank Bonnie for much of that!
There were seven offers on the condo that I eventually got and I didn’t have the highest offer — but because of the way that Bonnie skillfully put together the offer, I won!
Bonnie is full-​service the whole way, she called/​e-​mailed throughout the process to make sure that I knew what to expect and how the process was going. She really guided me through the entire confusing process!
On «key-​day» she had a nifty home-​owners binder and flowers for me. She also sent me a great tool-​box shortly after I moved in to help with the unpacking. Very thoughtful!
I fully recommend her to anyone looking to buy or move in the greater-​Seattle area!
