Being that I adore food trucks, it was my dream was to have a dessert truck at my wedding. Thanks to Bake My Day, my dream came true. Ashley, the owner was fantastic since day 1. She answered all my questions very promptly, let me taste all the items we were considering for the wedding and made amazing suggestions. She went out of her way to get the proper permits for the city of Seattle and did everything possible to make my day grand. Our guests were in complete awe! The wedding cake was AMAZING, along with each other goodie that was served from the truck. It was such a fun event and I truly believe that Bake My Day’s prescence was a big part of that. I couldn’t recommend their desserts more! If you get a chance, stop by and have one. You won’t regret it!

Stumbled upon Bake My Day in Bellevue downtown. If you see this truck, there is absolutely no reason for you not to get something from here. I picked up a dozen truffles even before i picked up lunch ;) I got six of the nutella and six of the oreo truffles and they were beyond beyond good! So creamy, melt in your mouth and decadent. I got them to share with others, but i kinda wished i hadn’t shared. $ 10.99 for a dozen truffles. Bake my day will make your day,

Tired of the ho-hum store bought cakes, I ordered a cake from Bake My Day. Best decision ever!!! I wasn’t quite sure what flavor I wanted, but after a few questions she recommended«the Elvis» cake. This cake was the best. So incredibly moist! Three layers of scrumptious banana cake, with two layers of peanut butter frosting, all topped with decadent chocolate frosting. Yum, yum, yum!!! Not a crumb was left. This will now be my «go to» for all cakes.

After a very frustrating lunch at an unnamed restaurant that was so bad my meal was comped, I went to Bake My Day since the truck was conveniently parked at Westlake Park. The colors of the truck caught my eye and I realized I had never seen it before. I was told that they’ve been on the road for a little over a week. That terrible lunch sent me into a spiral of emotional eating(lactose be damned). I ordered a box of tasty treats under the guise of «sharing them» with co-workers. I did ultimately share everything with them but I was so upset I could have eaten the whole box. I kept looking at the menu, unable to make choices so I decided to get a few different things. I got 2 whoopie pies and 2 bars($ 10) and 3 cookies($ 2). I thought the price was right and loved the care they took in wrapping up my goodies. My friend got a slice of apple pie. The nutella bar is a piece of heaven! The size is perfect for having a treat and not feeling too guilty. The cookie dough bar had a different texture(think brownie wrapped in cookie dough). It wasn’t unpleasant and actually strangely addicting. The whoopie pies(both chocolate and vanilla) were light and airy, filling with cream in the middle. The chocolate chip cookies were good — very nice density and flavors. The peanut butter cookie was a bit mild for my liking and a bit more peanut butter would be fantastic! Overall, I liked these desserts because I thought they were fairly priced and not overly sweet. In my opinion, Seattle needs more dessert food trucks and I appreciate this addition.
