I ordered blinds from this company over two months ago. Gave them a $ 10,000 deposit and it is now June and I still don’t have my shades. Horrible, horrible company. I guess they have new ownership and they lost all their vendor supplier accounts, so they don’t have any credit to buy materials. DO NOT purchase anything from these guys unless you want to lose your money like I did. Maybe within a year they’ll have their act together, but for now steer clear of these guys.

Over the past four years we have hired and rehired Atrium to add shades to our home. Their shades are durable and high-​quality. Staff arrive on time, know what they’re doing and bring the right tools for the job. Friendly, helpful and straight forward. We’ll buy from them again in the future.

After a great installation experience we contacted Atrium for a service call for our motorized shades. The service staff was 1 1⁄5 hours late and only came after I called to check on the appointment. Serviceman did not have the correct ladder height or supplies. They installed our shades so they certainly knew what to expect! He gave conflicting information on what the issue was. And then we received a $ 100+ bill for replacing 6 AA batteries! Quality products but don’t expect quality service and support.
