I use Trent’s services all the time as a Realtor, both for clients and friend and family. He always does such a great job. I can refer him out to clients and know they will be happy. I cannot tell you how many times he has left family events, and his free time, to drop everything and come help me. Very grateful to have such a wonderful roofer!

I was calling for a client that is in the hospital and the agent called me from Absolute and was rude on the phone and hung up on me before I was able to give the homeowners contact information. JERK!

Had a small drip in the roof over the last weekend. Called Absolute Quality and Trent got right back to me. Couple days later. roof was fixed and all was good once again. If you want to work with someone honest who knows their craft. Trent is Absolute Quality Roofing is your guys!!!

Trent is awesome. I’m new-​ish to Seattle and a new homeowner, so it’s been a struggle to find contractors that shoot straight and that I can trust. Trent was a huge help to me a few months back when my roof was leaking, and I needed some help fast. He showed up on time, quoted accurately and fairly, and got the work done within a few days. He also helped me save a few bucks by giving me some pointers on things that I could fix myself with tips on how to go about it — which I really appreciated.

After discovering our plaster ceiling was wet and bubbling, we called Absolute Quality Roof Restoration, based purely on Unilocal reviews. In short, all the raves that others give are absolutely spot on.
Trent was very responsive and came out to assess the problem. He noted several issues with our not-​old roof (put on before we bought the house in 2012), and suggested some fixes for a price that seemed reasonable to us. He completed the work within a couple of days. Unfortunately, we found that the roof was still leaking. So Trent & his crew came out again and worked hard to seal up places where they could tell the nails had gone in wrong and were causing the leak. Even more unfortunately, this didn’t fix the problem. So THEN Trent & his crew removed the faulty half of our roof (the whole front side) and put a new roof on. No leaks! Yay! (I’m writing this review several weeks after the fact, and we’ve had A LOT of rain.)
Throughout the process, we were treated with great professionalism. Trent did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. The cost was reasonable, given the issues. We appreciate his knowledge and candor. His crew was also respectful and hard-​working.
I sincerely hope we won’t need to call a roofing company in the next few years, but if we do, we’ll call Absolute Quality.

Trent is the man! I called him up after a leak developed in my ceiling and he responded back shortly after. He was able to come by a few hours later, called me with his findings and had it all buttoned up by the time I got home from work. Friendly, professional, thorough and fair. He takes pride in his work and stands by it. When I need a new roof I will absolutely call him up.

Trent quickly responded to my voice mail about a leak that appeared above our dining room table within days of moving into our house. He fit us in his busy schedule and climbed on the roof to take a look. As it turned out, the wind had blown away a sizable portion of the shingles near a skylight. He replaced the shingles and also sealed up some flashing and other leak-​prone areas. His rates were very competitive. Can’t say enough about how impressed we were with his customer service and knowledge. A+

I agree with other rave reviews! Trent came out and sealed off my roof to keep out little critters. He was prompt in coming out to assess the situation and give me an estimate. The other workers had difficulty accessing the areas and weren’t able to do the work. Trent had no trouble at all.
Trent is a pleasure to work with — experienced, fair, considerate, and someone with integrity. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for other roof-​related work.

After a heavy rain we had a leak and moisture in our attic. We called several different roofers, had multiple inspections done, but were not given a clear diagnosis. We called Absolute Quality Roof Restoration and worked with Trent. Trent came out the same day, found the issue, explained the issue, and worked into the night to fix the problem. ALL OF THIS HAPPENED THE SAME DAY! I’ve never experienced a repair like this. He was professional and his pricing was fair. We will be return customers and plan to maintenance our roof this summer. We will also be referring Absolute Quality Roof Restoration to friends/​colleagues. Thank you!

The heavy rainstorm two weeks ago uncovered a leak in our roof around the solar vents. We placed buckets in the attic to catch the drips, searched Unilocal,and emailed Trent! So glad we did. Trent called back, fixed the leak, and when I asked him about the health of my old roof, he told me I could hold off for now, but I’m going to call when we have a new roof put on next summer. I’ve already referred him to a friend. I was impressed by his fairness and knowledge.

This guy-​Trent-​is awesome. He came off I-​5 and within minutes was on the top of my very steep roof at Green Lake, checking out everything. He looked over my entire roof in an inspection, took pictures and showed me. Nobody has been on my roof the last 11 years. He told me he had what was needed to take care of some small things he found to be corrected. He uses quality products which I appreciate and I felt he was very reasonably priced. I’m giving his card to my friends and clients. Had to write something up about it.

We recently moved into a house with a balcony that has a sort of privacy screen affixed directly to part of the roof, which a few of our contractors have called out as looking sketchy/​a potential cause of leakage in the near future. If that screen needed to go, I would surely need a roofer to help patch up the area under the screen, so I reached out to several roofing companies to get bids. The very next day, Trent called me back and said that he was in my neighborhood, and asked if he could come by and take a look.
After a thorough examination of our situation on our balcony, Trent told me that the screen and roofing underneath it, while aesthetically unpleasant, was actually fine, and that the screen was not going to cause any of the problems our contractors had warned about. But just to be extra cautious, he patched up some of the areas with sealant while he was here. Perfect.
I was expecting this to be a very big and expensive ordeal, but it ended up being the complete opposite of that. I’m just really impressed with the way Trent does business. He is ethical — and super nice to boot! — and that is exactly why I’ll be calling him again the next time we have any issues with our roof at all.

Trent is not only an ace at what he does, he’s the most conscientious contractor I’ve ever worked with. He’s also a 3^rd generation roofer & is full of the most useful gems of information for things relating to roofs.
Trent repaired some wall to roof flashing & was meant to do soffit vents for my 1940s house but found out there there was no space to make them. Without altering the quote he put in a solar powered vent & not only came back to check that it was working right, he also blew out the gutters at no extra charge.
I’m so impressed with him! He sets the bar really high.
And he actually returns phone calls.

I had AQR install a roof on my new construction home a few years ago. I’m writing the review now because it needs to be noted how well the roof has held up. I have had zero problems with my composition roof and this is due to the high quality service provided by AQR. I live in a wooded and windy area and my roof is frequently bombarded with falling limbs. Not a single shingle has come loose, and the roof looks as beautiful as it did the day installation was completed. The installation service was fast and excellent. My roof is ¹²⁄₁₂ pitch and is a multi story home, so it takes a real pro to do the job safely… AQR was professional and did a great job. When the roof needs to be redone, I will hire them again.

I had a roof leak happen this spring and needed it fixed before the rainy season started up. Trent came out for an estimate the next day and followed up with me via phone. He explained all the possible issues, answered all of my questions, and gave me a very reasonable and competitive quote.
Over two afternoons he patched all the trouble areas, refinished areas that were done incorrectly, removed the moss, cleaned gutters, and treated the roof to help prevent against future moss.
Overall I’d recommend Trent as he did an awesome job, was very professional, explained each repair to me, and answered all my questions. Great, local company that I’d definitely use again. Thanks Trent!

Trent was one of the most talkative/​informative guys out there that does roofing. From listening to him it show he knows what what he is doing.
I had a leak from house that I didn’t know where in the roof it came from. So I called Trent because he was local, his quote was reasonable. He did an inspection of the roof and found possible leak point and repaired them all with in a few hours.
Other contractor I called all inspected and ask for another time to repair. Most importantly they did not show me where was leaking.
