Carol Ivan Computer Support

Wow, I am so glad to have finally found great tech support for my pc. Carol came to my home yesterday and spent 1.5 hours tuning up my 2-​year old Dell. She explained what she was doing and always asked before deleting old files.
I had been having problems with accessing the web and my machine was slow even though there was lots of memory left. She removed duplicate photo-​sharing files that were gobbling up memory. And she recommended a more reliable backup to replace my external Seagate hard drive that has been quite unreliable for several months.
She worked the entire time she was here, with no downtime for chitchat, which I appreciated.
It’s an incredible relief to finally have someone dependable to turn to when I have a problem with my pc! (have used several other people who were okay but didn’t compare to Carol). She is pure gold, and I’m so grateful to have found her.

Carol is generous, personable, and – most important – knows her stuff better than just about anybody. If you have any hesitation about the price, know that you will pay way less for her services than the hourly rate suggests because the hours billed are far fewer than the vast majority of other local «experts». I can’t tell you how relieved I am to have discovered her, after a mere 7 years in the area.

Carol came to our house. We have just moved and now have @#!? cable and are trying to network three computers and a few other devices. Carol discovered some really weird stuff that has invaded our systems and she managed to straighten everything out. Can’t thank her enough. Retirement just got a whole lot better.

Carol Ivan really knows her stuff! She comes to our business whenever I need help with our computers. She is fair in her assessment of fees, and gets the job done! I am SO glad that I have her to call when we’re having computer problems, otherwise I wouldn’t know who to call. Many times I call her for help and she’ll try and help me over the phone, and doesn’t charge me for her time. Love her!
