The gal working 3⁄30 around 3:30 pm with the adorable freckly face and hippy mellow vibe that made my drink, I heart you for fantastic service and pleasant quick conversation ! Thank you to you and your lovely little smile. I will return to this stand just because of that gal!

Got a peppermint mocha an the coffee & service were both good. Relatively inexpensive, I got 220oz coffee’s for only $ 8.50& tasted way better than the Starbucks I paid $ 15 for 3 days ago lol! If your at the beach side motels in Seaside, Oregon then this is a quick, easy to access coffee shop that’s just a few minutes away from the beach that opens up at 5am… Which for me is a huge plus :)

Loved the name so had to stop. Had a first-of-the-season eggnog latte. Terrific. Happy and friendly attendants(human beans). Classy cups and traffic lane is well laid out. I will return.

Usually human bean is the best place to go but here in seaside I guess not. The young lady was rude to me after she got my drink wrong. She even resisted it back to me then after I told her again when I came back she got it wrong again and then was only going to give me 3 oz of chai in my 20 oz drink I had already paid for. Then proceeded to bitch at me about not letting get make the drink the way she wanted to… ma’am… Rolled her eyes, have us dirty looks and was horrible service. Embarrassed me terribly for asking for the correct drink.

I was so excited to see a Human Bean while driving through Seaside. I go at least once a day to the one here in Clackamas so seeing this made my vacation. Just as delicous and staff was just as friendly. Frozen vanilla granitas are dreamy.

The best cup of coffee I have had in Oregon. Others in our group had similar comments about the Mochas, Hot Chocolate, and Latte’s. Wish we had one in Sacramento.

Whenever I am on the Oregon Coast, this is my GOTO coffee stop. I wish Starbucks was this good. My drinks are always perfect, taste wonderful and service is always with a smile that brightens my day. Prices are certainly better than Starbucks. I only wish there was a Human Bean where I live!

The people were friendly and outgoing. But I’m sorry to say, the coffee was not good. I’m starting to wonder if Seaside even HAS a coffee place that serves good-tasting coffee!):

Ok, but the workers are CHATTY I got a frozen lemonade and all I tasted was ice. It was also pretty overpriced

The best white chocolate berry we have ever tasted both hot and cold! The staff was upbeat and extremely helpful in aiding us in our choice of drinks! I highly recommend The Human Bean, just wish we had one at home. We were staying in Seaside, Or for two days and went to the Human Bean 3 times… it is THAT good!

Normally 2 ½ stars would completely dissuade me from trying a place but this was a mocha emergency after a pack of rouge seagulls imitating roosters from 4 – 5 am outside my hotel room made me sleep deprived as the sun came up and hotel coffee was not going to work for the rest of the day. I was pleasantly surprised; good coffee, friendly baristas, caffeine fix!

Great place! Barista was friendly and efficient. We were drawn to this place by the name yesterday afternoon after a soggy day of sightseeing. The gal took our order of 5 different beverages, and all of us enjoyed them. Since I’m a Starbucks snob, this was a pleasant surprise. An added bonus was the delicious coffee been atop our cups… rare to find coffee stands to still do that!

Fun little shop with a great hazelnut mocha. The only downside is it seems to be run primarily by school children.

Grabbed some coffee on the way out of town. We got a java chip frappé and an unflavored latte. Both were quite good, reasonable priced, and with very friendly service. Would come here again.

This is a locally owned coffee place and the people who own it are nice as well as supporters of local charitable activities. They hire good kids. I think the coffee is decent, certainly equal to or better than the other coffee stands. We stopped regularly but the tea used to brew iced tea was changed. It didn’t taste as good to my wife so we go someplace else. Too bad but the disadvantage of a chain is that product decisions are made elsewhere.

My very first 1 star rating I have ever done. Baaaaaaaad. My wife and I each took one drink of our americanos… tasted like hot water with cream… and threw them away. Nice girl though.

I know not, why this stand has such an awful star count, because compared to the other coffee shop I visited in Seaside, this one was much better. Shots were not overbrewed, the drink was mixed well and blended nicely, prices for the product were awesome. The staff was courteous and attentive. My brother swears by this stand every year he visits. And I see no reason not to stop in and give them a try.

Well, the girl working this drive-thru on a Saturday morning was super cute. That is all the good I can think of. They use the fully automatic push button machines. You know, the kind you find in airport lounges and the occasional corporate cafeteria. Push the button and out comes your shots. Push the other button and out comes some milk. And it was BAD. Bad, bad shots. Bitter and tasting of cheap coffee. And because it came from a push button machine, it’s not like I’m going to give them another chance in case it was barrista error. The point of the auto-machine is the McDonald’s effect. Every shot, every drink is exactly the same, every single time. Drive by.
