We ate during happy hour today(wasn’t too busy). Wings were delicious. Service was good and staff were friendly.

The franchise wing house offers lots of tv’s and can accommodate larger crowds. That being said, we’ve had a couple groups that were huge and the bill always gets crazy… so, try to keep it under 8 people if you want to remain manageable to one server. The food is ok, can’t say that anything I’ve had there has really been above the board, but the wings are good enough. The parking lot is cramped so show up early if you can and I’d even try to dip out early or avoid leaving when large groups depart right after a game. Good place to grab some wings and a beer.

Well I mean the service sucks if anything, the foods really whatever since I’ve been here a lot but only at night. It probably sucks coming during the late hours since they allow you to sit anywhere at the bar but every table’s literally just dirty with either food still left on there or a bunch of crumbs. They take forever to get to you l, for example I remember grabbing a seat with some friends and no one came to us for 20 minutes when it wasn’t that busy. By the way, it’s okay to get beer since they tend to be bottles or on draft but if you’re talking about mixed drinks, you should avoid them because they charge so much for something that’s literally watered down nearly half the glass.

Came into town for the weekend. Was planning to come here beforehand specifically for the large screen TVs and I knew they’d have the Stanley Cup finals on. Arrived before the game started, sat at the bar, pregame and sound was on. All was well. Bartender was friendly and attentive. No complaints about service or food, both were what I expected. After the first period of the Sharks game they held a ‘vote’ to change the game sound from the STANLEYCUP game to UFC fights. UFC won out and that was that. As someone who bartends at a sports bar, I understand the importance of satisfying the majority. But I also understand the importance of highlighting the most important game/match that is on that night. It’s the Stanley Cup Finals! The first finals that the San Jose Sharks have ever been in! And instead they chose to favor the UFC199PRELIMINARY fights. Ugh. Took the check and left(as did many other Sharks fans that were there to watch the game). Again, I understand the ‘majority rules’ logic, but this had me shaking my head all the way out the door.

Service was slow but friendly, obvious that the placed is staffed with students that would rather be somewhere else. The dressing(ranch & blue cheese) were definitely from a bottle — honestly couldn’t tell a difference between the two flavors. The carrots tasted like chemicals, they must spray them with something to keep them from turning brown. The ranch dressing literally slid off each one like it was coated with NeverWet. The booth had sticky seats so we flagged down a server and she wiped it off with a wet rag and left us to dry it with our napkins. We had the garlic/parmesan wings and they tasted neither of garlic or parm but of salt and a blend of spices. Had we ordered«wet spice blend» they would have been great but we didn’t and they were not. Would never come back here. Wing stop is much better or even Safeway. This place needs to go out of business and be replaced by a company that gives the tiniest crap about quality.

The Seaside BWW has gone from bad to worse, I am not sure if that is possible, but dam… it has. Since my previous review I have been returning(glutton for neglect i guess) and service is virtually non-existant. I thought home depot was bad, everyone runs to the back. and hides. I am not sure but maybe the customers should move back there too. Today was the last straw as they say. We sat down, waited for service with maybe 4 other customers in the place. 7 to 8 servers stood not 10 feet away, watched us take our seats and NOTONE of them came to greet us. We motioned and it was as if we were invisible. 15 minutes later we walked out to their comments of «they’re leaving». It really surprises me that no one cares about customer service but what is more surprising is that the management follows suit meaning they also hide in the back even though there are customers waiting to be served I really don’t know what more I can say because apparently no one pays attention or at least Buffalo Wild Wings management does not monitor Unilocal otherwise they would heed the customers comments and hopefully would improve the atmosphere. At this point I am just speechless.

My hubbie and I come here for drinks and bites a couple times a month. My favorite flavors on the wings; are the Asian Zing and Lemon Pepper. The mac and cheese is pretty awesome for a chain place. I had the pulled pork sandwich once, it was greasy and gross… Cant beat the drink specials though, happy hour after 9pm… Yay!

we went there for lunch, we waited for like 10 mins. And nobody serve us, one of the server there was so mean. We wanted to call them, and they just ignore us. Terrible! The worst!

The wings was ok, but the serves was terrible! We sit there for 10 minutes long, and the waitress was ignored us. Not the first time dine-in there. However, that’s the worst waitress that I never met!

We went on St Patty’s Day and it was very busy. The service was friendly and food was good. I would totally go again plus the have a lot of beers to choice from. Also if you sit in the bar there is a tv in every direction you look, that way you can keep your eye on the game at all times.

I arrived at bww and was immediately greated by the host and was told that we could either sit in the dining Room or the bar area. We choose to seat ourselves and about 6 minutes later a host greeted us and took our drink orders. We received them promptly and correctly. We then choose 3 different flavor wings, medium, honey bbq, and and Asian zing. All three were very delicious. Overall great experience. Would recommend

TERRIBLE! Been multiple times and the service, drinks and food get worse and worse every time. Ordered a Captain & Coke and told the waitress I could barely taste the Captain, it was pretty much just Coke and she wanted to argue with me and tell me that there was enough Captain in there… obviously not or I wouldn’t complain. Finally she took it back to the bar and told the bartender to make another drink and from across the bar area I heard her get defensive and ask why… it should’ve never been questioned, just make the drink! Waitress brought it back and it was even worse!!! Along with that terrible experience the food was cold and nasty. Never going back and I recommend you don’t either!

Came in on Valentines Day following the AT&T Pro Am. The restaurant was empty and yet it took 20 minutes to be seated. They were extremely under staffed for such a busy evening. The food was awful. Fast food would have been of better quality. We will NEVER go back.

First of all, I actually love the food here. The wings are big, full of flavor, and come out hot. That being said, the service at this location is spotty at best. On two different visits there were literally no employees visible when we came in, apparently there was some sort of meeting going on in the back. Whoever decided to have a meeting and not even leave an employee to greet customers needs to stop and think a bit. Other times we are seated quickly but don’t see a server for ridiculous amounts of time. Once we waited 15 minutes before I finally got up and went and found someone. Maybe the communication between the hosts and the servers needs to be worked on, maybe they just don’t care. Either way, it’s frustrating. The most recent visit we waited a more reasonable amount of time for our server to arrive(10 minutes, not too bad) but after finishing our meal we waited over 15 minutes to receive the check. We never even saw our server so we could not flag her down. At this point, if there was another decent option for wings in the area we would never return to this location. I honestly can’t imagine how a restaurant can care so little about customer service.

I’m not sure why the ratings are so low for this place. I came in with a party of 4 plus a baby for new years eve and they were completely accommodating. The server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and brought out my(impatient) 1 year old’s food quickly along with our appetizers. It was a Thursday, which was lovely since it was 70¢ boneless wings(minimum 4 per order) so we had our fill. We ordered multiple times and we served at a delightful rate. The wing flavors my party chose seemed to hit the spot for them. Maybe it’s the sauces I chose or because I’m pregnant and my taste buds are off, but I only enjoyed one of the flavors I ordered. The others were mediocre. That would be my only complaint. The food was cooked through, delicious(sans horrible wing flavor choices), and the wait staff was accommodating and kind. I really want to go back and try some other flavors to hopefully redeem my disappointing sauce choices. Edit: I tried the bone-in wings today, they were very crunchy, parts were inedible. I picked two new sauces, I only like one. The Asian zing or something like that. But from now on I’m opting for boneless, they’re at least completely edible and you can’t really overcook them.

Sat in the bar section tonight and after sitting for a couple minutes I realized I had sat in gum. I told the waitress that gum was attached to my jeans thanks to the seat and she offered soda water and napkins. I tried being polite about the situation and laughing it off and assumed they would give me some sort of discount for the inconvenience of ruining my jeans and they did nothing. Spoke with the manager and all she said was oh sorry is there anything we could do to help. Not offering a discount or gift card or anything. Isn’t protocol for bussing a table to wipe down the table and chairs? Absolutely disgusting experience.

This place could get packed really fast I would suggest coming early on football days which are Saturdays and Sundays to get a good seat and good view you can request televisions to watch for certain games. I really enjoyed myself here, had small problems with the food but otherwise it was 4 out of 5 stars thing that I was critical of some of the food concern.

I haven’t been to BWW for about 6 months. My boyfriend and I came in one night and were charged for things we didn’t order, had horrible service, and it took me about 2 weeks to get a refund for the $ 77.00 they shouldn’t have charged me. The manager, after we had to speak a number of times told me, «Come back and let me know when you are here». Maybe he meant to comp us? I’m not sure and I don’t think it is fair to ask for something 6 months later. We came back tonight to watch the ‘Bama game. BWW has screens. Big ones. Lots of them. I thought that would be good enough to make up for the memory of a bad experience that has kept me away for the last 6 months. It isn’t. There are four in our party. We couldn’t seem to get drinks. For about 15 minutes. The waitress did greet us, tell us she was busy and then we waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. When our food finally came all of our drinks(a cocktail, three beers, a water and an iced tea) were so empty there wasn’t even ice left… we had chewed it all. When our food was delivered we asked for two waters, a beer and a refill on the tea. A single water came about 5 minutes later. I had to flag down a passing employee and beg for refills. Still nothing. We ordered our wings spicy. Maybe BWW likes to torture patrons and see if they can handle the spice with no beverages? Maybe staff keep bets to see who can make a guest so desperate they will drink from the bathroom taps? Or the toilet? I’m not sure, but save for a twisted game It is confusing to me why getting drinks is almost impossible. Six months ago I was told my bad experience was«uncommon». It wasn’t. Bad service seems to be the norm and is clearly endorsed by management as it is endemic. BWW has great TVs, good beer(if you can get some), and good wings. The problem is you won’t get service, so BYO food and beverages… make it a picnic, bring your own food and watch the game! Happy football season!

MNF combined with happy hour is a winner! 3 bucks appetizers, domestic beer(take note its coors, bud, and the likes) and drink specials: jack & cola, capt &cola and Absolut mixers! The service was slow, just as everyone mentioned but I was not going to expect much when it is a Monday night with the Seahawks vs Redskins. the place was packed! I ordered Jack and cola, as expected for $ 3.00 not strong but the taste was there. Then I just ordered a bunch of appetizers just to clog my arteries: mozzarella sticks, roasted garlic mushrooms, mini corn dogs and onion rings! Nothing special to tell about the appetizers since they were deep fried. I was baffled by the roasted garlic mushroom since it was not roasted and covered in bread batter and deep fried, maybe they switched it out. But by the end of the game, I did order veggie sticks which consisted of carrots and celery, I needed to try to get all the food groups in my meal. The place is of course surrounded by TV screens every where! No matter where you look you would not miss a play, unless you are people watching instead in which I am guilty of. I observed this is place for young people to meet up for blind dates. Witnessed and heard a few in the span of 2 hours… I was thoroughly entertained. Oh and they have free wifi!!! Woohoo!
