An average McDonald’s. We stopped while traveling on I-​10. It was around 7 PM on a weekday night. The restaurant was clean, and our orders were handled quickly and efficiently.
The staff was cordial, and the food tasted ok, typical McDonald’s fast food.

We needed to stop for a snack on our drive from Houston to Austin late Friday night, and this McDs was clean and bright and pretty empty. Grabbed our snack and got back on the road.

This is a bad review but I’m going to give them 4 stars for the one thing they did right. Basically I swung through hungry as a hungry hippo wanting my breakfast combo yums. Breakfast was still on so I was like «a’right!» I ordered three of the McGriddles and some sausage burritos and hashbrown two iced mochas — the works. Only they said my card was declined! I later found out my bank didn’t know I was traveling out of state so they’d shut me off, but I’ll never forget how felt like a hobo in the McD drive-​thru. The idiots let me keep the two mochas. NEVER going back!!!

Worst McDonald’s ever. They gave a chicken sandwich instead of hamburger and when they remade the hamburger, they still put mayo when asked to make it dry with only lettuce and bacon. This was at a time when it wasn’t even busy. Very disappointed and even more when the Manager didn’t seem to care. None of our 5
Orders was made satisfactory. I had to ask for dressing when I told them at the original order. No apologies and when the little guy tried to ask for help people in the kitchen turned away and ignored him.

Your typical McDonalds, but for a small town it is very convenient! They usually have wonderful service and the orders are almost always spot on. The cleanliness of the store has been wonderful for the past few visits that I have been. I would recommend this McDonalds to anyone. For a small town of 8,000 people or just for the commuter coming to and from Houston, it’s a great stop. If the order isn’t correct the manager will add in something special for the mix up (most of the times)
