Its Starbucks whats not there to love. Why only 3 Stars? Because they only have one person working the register with the line almost to the door.

This place still disappoints! Now when I order my chai tea latte I make sure to ask for no water and just soy milk. 90% of the time it is still made with water! I’m not sure why this is the only Starbucks that can’t get my order right, the staff might need to be retrained!

I like to think I’m a regular here because I work right next to it. It’s always busy & mostly because it’s next to the Boeing company. Drive thru is usually really rapid & staff is nice. May look into doing the app thing to speed it up a little more but then Starbucks would really be taking my money

Don’t get me wrong, I love my Starbucks. My usual one is closed for construction so I’ve had to use this one. The service is SOSLOW. Beyond slow. I feel like a snail struggling through molasses. I’m not sure why, maybe understaffed. But I can’t wait for my usual Starbucks to open back up.

Drive thru line is always super long and slow. They mess up the simplest of orders, and whatever you do don’t order a blonde roast after 9am… You’ll get the tar of what’s left. I’ve lived in seal beach a long time and keep going because it’s easy to drive through verses getting out with three kids under five… If your able to run in… Go to the one at the Target center.

Although I love the service at the drive by, the opening 15 – 20 minutes late is so irritating especially for a STARBUCKSCOFFEE

Starbucks is known for is customer service, calm environment, and great coffee; as a result most people now feel it is fully acceptable to pay $ 4-$ 6 for a cup of coffee. I will always pay more to get a great product and have a great experience. That being said this location is failing at providing 1. quality product 2. great customer service! While I understand this is a #firstworldproblem it does not change the fact that I can no longer get my favorite cup of joe from the closest and only Starbucks with a drive through near my house. My first time thru here I thought the excessively long wait and poor attitude had by the lady at the window was a one off. The next time I had the same result only this time the lady in front of me must have spilled hot coffee all over her because the lid was not secure, as she and the woman at the window were exchanging napkin after napkin and an empty cup of coffee and lid separate the wait was nearly 35 minutes. On my third visit I must have waited for 25 minutes and there were only 4 cars in front of me, only to have had everything I ordered wrong. Of course i did not notice until i was already on the highway. This morning I made sure to be really specific about my order and even double checked before completing the request, I then waited another 25 minutes for 3 cars, only to find that my order was wrong again. Not only did the cashier try to take my payment twice but he also could not have cared less that my order was wrong. I did not even want them to remake my drink, I just asked for my money back and am pretty sure they wont even get that right. What a disappointment, I guess I will have to find a new favorite local coffee store as there is no way I will go back there. And CLEARLY all of the«good» reviews for this location are FAKE! To Starbucks management… get someone out there to turn this location around and then let us know when you have your stuff together.

This is a very bad starbucks. Everytime I visited, the staffs always screw up something. Today I went in and ordered an Espresso Frappuccino. The staff put double amount of espresso inside mu cup, following a very tiny ripple amount of milk. As a result, my Frappucino was absolutely BITTER. I don’t understand how the store manager trained the staffs to screw up everytime, and give the customers such bad experiences

While I appreciate my drink being correct, the proximity to the Hampton Inn and the fact that they got my name right, the service was incredibly slow! Slowest service I have ever experienced at Starbucks AND they had 5 employees behind the counter. Granted I realize some may be dedicated to drive thru, but the number of guests waiting was less than those working… seems a little ridiculous.

4 stars for having a drive thru. The line moves pretty quick. Staff is friendly & helpful. Just like every other coffee shop it has its good days & bad days. For the most part it’s been good to me. Close to work & drive thru is convenient.

4 people working and all they’re doing is helping drive thru with 3 people waiting in line who haven’t been helped and myself and another lady waiting for one drink each. No apology or actual smile offered here.

Even though this location is convenient for me because it’s on my commute to work, I stopped going here for a few months after receiving poor customer service on multiple occasions. Today I thought I’d give it another chance, hoping that things had changed. They haven’t. It took ten minutes to receive a simple decaf coffee. I was told that Starbucks doesn’t usually brew decaf until 6am(totally not true at any location I’ve ever been to). Not to mention it was 6:40am. They did give me a gift card for a free beverage, but I will take my business elsewhere.

Needed a drive thru and this was the closest location. Great service and my drink was correctly executed. She girl at the window was quick and even offered me a free cookie straw, which was amazing.

What a horrible experience. My drink was incorrect the male barista behind the counter was serving people out of order after ordering my drink I waited way too long for my drink and when I got it, it was incorrect. Service was less than acceptable. May not return to this Starbucks. I did not enjoy my coffee today

This locations sucks. The only reason I slotted for 2 stars is for the drive thru and good location. The drinks never taste the same, the people are rude and the drive thru is slow af. I keep trying to give them another shot because it’s close to the freeway etc etc and today was the final straw. The people who work here are too good of friends and not good employees. Quit talking about how drunk you got and hungover you are and make my drink the right way.

This one is my favorite Starbucks. Everyone is super upbeat and happy here. It’s never too busy either which is awesome. They close a little early but that’s okay.

I like this Starbucks a lot! The staff is always super friendly and personable. They always offer to warm my chocolate chip cookie up for me when I order one. My drink order is always correct, which is so nice! The drive-thru line is usually long so if you’re in a rush, maybe try going inside. However, the last time I was there, I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich. Do yourself a favor and DONOT order it. Yuck. It was super greasy, flavorless, and just overall bad. I won’t be ordering this sandwich again. This won’t keep me from coming back to this Starbucks, I just won’t be ordering that sandwich again.

I ordered a Venti Very Berry Hibiscus today, and the lady just gave me a cup fulled of ice and just a few drink inside. It took me one minute to drink all of it. Really? I don’t want to pay a venti cup just for the ice…

It is slow all of the time, whether there is a line inside or in the drive thru. Alsoc the staff have a reputation of being bitch to women. Women! I love women:-( Today I ordered a 10 shot venti Americano that was repeated back to me. When I got to the office, I saw it was a six shot. What madness is this?! Its not you, Starbucks, its me. I should have known better than to come to this location.

I was driving up the 405 from San Diego and was planning on hitting up this Starbucks on my way to having a breakfast burrito on Main Street @ Nick’s. The drive up the 405 I had the option of stopping at other Starbucks but elected to stop by this location instead. I was truly looking forward to paying Starbucks a visit and enjoying a good cup of tea. I exited the 405 at Seal Beach Blvd and managed my way around the construction madness. After 2 hours of driving I finally arrived at my destination. I was able to find parking with no problems. At the time of my visit this Starbucks parking lot was empty. I walked, approached the cashier and ordered a large chamomile tea with an inch of steamed soy milk, pretty simple order. The cashier who took my order looked confused, so confused that you as the customer immediately know something is astray. I instructed the cashier on how to make a cup of tea, he looked lost, he looked at the cash register, looked at me, looked at his fellow employees who finally came to his rescue. I repeated my order which is pretty simple, tea bags & hot water. The additional employee who came to help returned several moments later to advise me they did not have chamomile tea in stock. This has happened more than once and more than one Starbucks. My question is this? When you sell coffee & tea how do you ever allow product to go out of stock? I once went to a Burger King as a kid and they were honestly out of hamburgers, I will never forget that and the same rings true with Starbucks being ‘out of stock’ of coffee or tea, it simply does not make sense. As a paying customer I demand excellence 24÷7÷365 and one hiccup along the route and I take my business elsewhere and that is exactly what I will do here. This Starbucks should have taken my picture before I left because they will never see my face inside of this location again.
