Dr. Bernard Gantes & Dr.Diane G.A. Costandi

I was referred to Dr. Gantes by another oral surgeon who said he is the very best. He wasn’t wrong. I had to have my FRONT tooth removed (external root resorption) and get an implant. Luckily my bone was good enough to have it all done at the same time. I had a terrible oral surgery experience when I was 12 (8 teeth extracted) and needless to say I was extremely worried about doing this. Dr. Gantes is VERY gentle and professional. The tooth that he pulled was slightly crooked but he took the time to break my impression mold to make sure that my «fake tooth» retainer was straight. (since I have to wear it for 5 months while I heal.)
The staff was totally awesome as well. Connie (surgery assistant) was with me the entire time. She was so sweet and calming. The entire experience went so much smoother than I thought it would. I wouldn’t choose to do it again, but if I had to… I’d definitely go here. :)

Dr. Gantes is the very best! He is so precise and professional. He gets the work done quickly and with little or no pain. The staff in the office is also wonderful. I would not go anywhere else to have my implant done. The Best!
As for the dental insurance it’s always best to check with your dental plan and then compare notes with the office.

I recently saw Dr. Gantes for the replacement of 2 missing teeth with dental implants. The office was clean and up to date. Dr. Gantes was very professional and listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. The dental treatment was painless and I felt well cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Gantes.

I was sent to Dr. Gantes by my regular Dentist. The facilities are clean and the staff are all super friendly.
One gal there did my insurance check and sat down with me to explain the costs associated with my procedure. She made it seem completely affordable. I was told my insurance would cover 50%. Next thing I know, I am getting bills from them saying that insurance only covered about 10% of the procedure. Had I known this, I never would have started the dental work in the first place.
I feel like I got scammed. Which is a shame since they seemed like such a nice team. I will be going elsewhere for the the rest of my dental work.
