Got 90 different sausages for a party and everyone loved them. We grilled them up and kept them warm in beer warned by sterno. It was a hit. Bought a giant thing of sauerkraut. Which was way too much! Even for about 40 people. Would not recommend getting the tub :)
The people there were helpful and sausages were tasty!

I am definitely not one for German food but went there to make a special meal for my fiancé and he absolutely LOVED it!!! The prices were really fair, and the people there were more then happy to answer all the questions I had. My co worker mentioned to get the bacon there and I cant say enough about it. Its $ 12 a pound and worth ever penny! Great place to stop by!

Karl Ehmer butcher shop of Seaford rocks! We were to have had a large pig roast at our house recently. We special ordered a 75 lb pig from Karl Ehmer. the day before the event we had a death in the immediate family. We called Karl Ehmer to let them know what happened and Mike (the owner?) told us not to worry, that although he couldn’t return the pig to the supplier that he would butcher it for us and store it for us and give it to us at his cost. He then called me 2 days later to let me know he had called around and found someone to take ½ the pig including the head, so we didn’t have to worry as much!
Please, please consider using them if you have need for a butcher — Thank you KARL EHMER OF SEAFORD!!!
