The two other reviewers are actually mistaken in that this isn’t the East Coast TV from New Jersey that they purchased from, this is a company with a similar name but they don’t sell TV’s online. They are a TV, Satellite, Cell Phone Repeater & HD Antennas installation company. And they do excellent work!

I spend tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars on online merchandise a year, and East Coast TV is without question the WORST online shopping experience in my life. Order a 65in «factory sealed» TV. It arrived without the remote, owners manual, warranty card or the pair of 3d glasses. When I called was told they must have «fallen out of the box». Extremely rude. Complete scam, they resale the 3d glasses and remote and was probably a refurbished TV. Delivery took 3 weeks and am fairly certain the delivery guys are in on the scam, truck was a plain white cargo truck, not a national company. After I placed the order online, I received an email that I had to call and confirm the order. I wasted half an hour declining all the repeated offers for up charges, cables, white glove delivery, extended warranty etc… Avoid these people at all costs.
