Warning — Don’t deal with this store! I have been trying to get a refund owed to me for over 4 months now. Andrew, the manager, has assured me three times that it has been processed and should show on my credit card within a few days. Needless to say I am still fighting with them for the $ 85 refund. This has been going on since Memorial Day in May. I can never seem to talk to the same person and I have heard a million excuses. They are NOT a Verizon corporate store but a franchise-like entity, and even having talked to the «manager.» I have been lied to 3 times. They have now told me I will have it by Friday — I’ll believe it when I see it. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
