If I had only the option to give 0 stars or a minus number… the owner gives that«I want my caregivers, to treat the clients, like I would treat my own grandparents» line… Unless you would like to put your parent(s) in an early grave — stay far far away from this home health(un)care business. Patients left in wet diapers, with their teeth unbrushed for God knows how many days; my father was never shaved, or had any basic hair /nails trimming, etc. And the big thing: no nourishing meals were prepared, unless you consider frozen entrees, and canned foods, to be healthy and balanced. Once, when caretaker left to go to the store, he was gone for 2+ hours. Patients(my father) that shouldn’t drive, were left to drive themselves, to places that they could have been driven to. Caregiver would come in, sit down, drink some coffee, chat with my dad, while my mother lay in bed, in wet diapers. Caregivers would either be sitting and staring into space, or on their electronic devices, and not aware of what the patients were doing. I found my father up on a ladder, in the garage, and caregiver was oblivious, and sitting, spaced-out in a chair. My mom was kept in soiled diapers, in a wet bed, and again, neglected. She was given Ambien all day long, to keep her sedated, possibly? Good luck, and don’t say you weren’t warned. If this is the way that the owner claims to do business(treat the clients like his own grandparents), I feel sorry for Jude’s grandpa and grandma. :(
