Go see Brittany!!! She is awesome, and listens to exactly what you want even putting her own signature touch on your hair. I have a lot of hair, and she was able to work her magic from start to finish. I know it can be hard trying to find the right stylist for you, but once you sit in Brittany’s chair all your worries will fly away. My hair feels amazing. I know she said I can wait almost 10 weeks until I see her for my next appointment, but I may have to sneak in to see her before then just to get a blowout (her head massage at the shampoo bowl was SO relaxing!)

Brittany Christine is life changing!
I moved to Arizona about two years ago, and I would travel back home just to get my blonde hair highlighted every six weeks. I had a hard time finding recommendations for a hairstylist in town that could do both cut and color. I was so grateful when my stylist back home met the salon owner Jay Olson. She knew that I would be in good hands at The Bespoke Salon.
When I first met with Brittany Christine, she made me feel so comfortable in her chair. She took time to consult with me and listen to what I was looking for. Ever since my first appointment, I was hooked. Not only did my hair have gorgeous dimension and color, but it felt healthy too!
What I love about working with Brittany is that I can literally just sit in her chair and I trust her to create an amazing look. Brittany truly has a passion for what she does and she lights up when she shares her ideas on what she would like to try with my hair. Her enthusiasm is contagious and her artistry is superb! I look forward to each appointment I have with her since i know that I will walk out of her chair looking and feeling amazing! She is hands down the best!

Brittany is amazing. No question about it she just is.
I was looking for a new hair salon and came across Bespoke.
I called the salon to try to set up an appointment and Brittany called me back the same day. She tried so hard to fit me into her busy schedule with my crazy work hours.
When I got there someone admittedly asked who I was there to see. I was early, so they asked if they could get me anything while I waited for her to finish up with her client. So hospitable.
When I sat down in her chair for the first time she took over 10 minutes to just listen to me and truly understand my hair and what I wanted. I filled her in on the craziness that is my hair.
I have thin hair, but a lot of it. It’s dark brown and dyed every 3 – 4 weeks for whites.
I am truly amazed by the talent this girl has. The way she has been able to lighten my stubborn hair and keep it healthy is crazy.
I have been going to her since February. My last visit was to get some extra brightness and make my hair fabulous for my birthday. She had an extra little birthday surprise there for me when I arrived. WHO DOES THAT?!!
She is an amazing human and I am so humbled that she entered my life. Not to mention, crazy talented-​my hair thanks her.

Bespoke = The best of the best. I go to Brittany and she is a perfectionist. I have gone to her for blonde to brunette to balayage and extensions. She is an expert in all areas. Brittany takes the time to give you exactly what you want. I always feel like a bombshell leaving the salon. Not to mention her shampoo massage is THE BEST!

I had not colored my hair in six years and finally decided it was time to take the plunge. After a lot of research, I found Brittany and could not be happier with my decision to have her color my hair. It was definitely worth the wait! Love this little gem! The vibe, atmosphere and talent is bar none. I always feel so welcome and comfortable as everyone there is very friendly. Every time I leave feeling amazing and just loving my hair! Brittany is very talented and does the best extensions. The salon is rustic, modern, and the atmosphere is relaxed. The customer growth speaks volumes of the work all of the stylists! I know they would only hire the best here. You won’t be disappointed if you make an appointment at this salon.

I’ve scheduled an appointment with Brittany twice. The first time she changed my appointment the day of and when I asked if a different time was okay she didn’t respond and so I didn’t go in. She then text me and said I should have come in because she was ready and waiting and blamed it on me even though I never heard back from her. Then, I scheduled another appointment a month later and I walked in and waited for 20 minutes before finally asking her if I still had an appointment today. She said I wasn’t on her schedule (although I have the text to prove the appointment) and basically said she couldn’t fit me in and couldn’t do anything about it. The work of hers I’ve seen is great but she is just extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I know a lot of people who feel loyal to Brittany, a stylist at Bespoke; however, her disrespect towards me clearly shows she is financially in a place where she can lose a customer here or there. She obviously doesn’t value every single customer.
I was referred to Brittany by a close friend after having my stylist of over 11 years move out of state. (Clearly I will hold on and follow true talent when I find it regardless of price.) At the start, she was very flexible in working with my schedule. However, less than 24 hours prior to my appointment, she texted to ask if she could postpone my morning appointment to the afternoon. Fortunately for her, I was willing to move my day around just to see her.
Here is where I was an idiot: It was my very first time at the salon, and the Waverly Salon is just next door; they almost share a ramp to their entrances. BE SURE TO ENTER BESPOKE AND NOT WAVERLY SALON! I accidentally sat and waited in the Waverly Salon for precisely 45 minutes!!! And this speaks negatively of Waverly as someone should have greeted me or inquired after my sitting there so long. I wanted to be patient. Brittany had already pushed back my appointment, so I figured she was running late even more than she had anticipated. Then I get a text from her saying that she had to drop my appointment because I was 15 minutes late!
I realized my mistake immediately, and I went next door to Bespoke where I saw Brittany having HER hair washed by a coworker in an otherwise empty salon. At this moment, I was officially 15 minutes late to my scheduled appointment even though I had actually been a half hour early, which meant I had sat and waited over 45 minutes! The salon was empty. Brittany didn’t even bother getting up from her seat but coldly addressed me while her hair was being washed. She simply stated that I was late, and she can’t see me. I informed her of my stupid mistake. I at least expected her to make an effort to reschedule even though it was obvious that she wasn’t tied down with a lot of business at the moment. But when I told her of my mistake of waiting next door, she just repeated herself: «I’m sorry. You’re over 15 minutes late.» I just walked out and balled in the car. I drove over a half hour to be there after rescheduling my entire day for her. And then I waited another 45 minutes in the wrong salon. And she showed no interest in keeping my business.
I will tell everyone I can to NOT see Brittany at Bespoke Salon. She may be a talented stylist with a loyal clientle base, but she is not professional in her approach to new customers. She could care less for new clients. She doesn’t need your money as she has all the clients she needs. If you’re shopping for a new place, don’t go to Bespoke.

It takes a team of incredibly talented people to create an environment such as the Bespoke Salon in Scottsdale. Each and every experience I have had there has been outstanding. I have had the pleasure of being an avid follower of my stylist, Brittany Christine, since we became friends several years ago. Brittany embodies true talent, enthusiasm, and radiates pure beauty both inside and out. I have entrusted my style to Britt for over 8 years and the compliments I receive never seise to amaze me!

Bespoke is your modern day salon that is full of energetic and smiling faces when you walk in. They make feeling welcome a number one priority. Some of my favorite things about Bespoke is the design, hip music, and location.
I’m always offered a soda, water, maybe even a cold brewski when I arrive for my appointment.
My stylist is Brittany Christine. Let me first start with the head massage she gives you when rinsing your hair. Amazing! I always put my trust in her with the latest styłes and have recently tried a new look which everyone loves (if I don’t say so myself). Its great to see each a stylist ask their coworkers for an opinion or advice when cutting your hair. It shows how much they actually care about the way you look and getting a variety of opinions is always nice!
I would highly recommend giving this salon a shot. It is managed correctly, has great employee’s and is ready to Lower your ears!

I am very happy that my fabulous hairdresser, Brittany, is now at this beautiful salon. Brittany has serious talent. For nearly 5 years, I have been fortunate enough to be her client. I have seen her wide range of capabilities. I completely trust her opinion on what will look good; she points out things I didn’t think about (like how much care a style will take.) Brittany is a total perfectionist and I feel like she understands what I’m looking for — something low maintenance but with effortless style. She really is THE BEST.

I follow my stylist, Brittany Christine wherever she goes. She is seriously the best kept secret in Scottsdale. She is so versatile with her styling techniques and literally has a «creative license» to whatever she likes a with my hair. Not only has she cut my hair for over 4 years, but she has also brought me from blonde to brown and back again, added subtle highlights/​lowlights, done ombré, and is working with me to have perfectly colored hair for my wedding in November!
I’m also looking forward to working with Maggie, who also works at Bespoke salon. She will be styling my hair as well as my bridesmaids, and is a pleasure to work with!
