I had been in search of a new home purchase. I was contacting several lenders including my very own bank to assist me with a purchase. I had the worst experience and I just about gave up on wanting to purchase a home until I came across Nova Home Loans and especially Jodie and JB and their Team. Jodie and JB kept me in contact with every step of the way in my home buying process. They did the majority of the leg work and I just provided them with some little information. I contacted Nova Home Loans with the unfortunate attitude that these two had to endure from me because of my past bad experiences. I just expected to have another bad experience, however with great surprise I did not. These two are fantastic and they are very knowledgeable of the rules and regulations that go on with purchases. I am ever so grateful to have given Jodie and JB my one last stitch of effort in wanting to purchase a home. I have even contacted them to refinance my other home. My Daughters and I are now living in our beautiful home and cannot thank you enough Jodie and JB for not giving up on me even though I had given up at one time.
