This person took my money and did not deliver as promised. Just seemed to want to do quick calculations and get paid. Would not followup or provided the required detail in his letter to get building permit approval. Used the same calculations for a 8 foot brick wall as a 4 foot brick wall with wrought iron on top. Had to ask what wrought iron was and I had to send him pictures as fencing on top of a brick wall seemed to be a new concept to him, even though he presents himself as an experienced contractor and engineer.
Don’t walk away from this one… RUN away fast. There are many other engineers out there that will not rip you off.
