Love stone and vine — just a great Neighborhood spot — nice menu and great service always.

Just moving to McCormick Ranch from Oregon I was delighted to find Stone and Vine located in my new neighborhood. My first time here was pretty impressive. This is a beautiful space. It’s very comfortable, well decorated, and perfectly dark. The wine list is extensive and the menu has plenty of options for sharing or going solo. «Everything ok here, can I get you anything else?» We had the mussel which was plenty for the both of us and very spicy :-) «Can I take that plate away?» «Everything ok? Need some more wine?» The service, if you haven’t picked up on it, was a great. The Prices were reasonable, and perfect ambiance is set to enjoy wine. :-) «Oh, you’re still here… anything else I can you? No? Well then, Enjoy your weekend. Are you sure you don’t want some more wine?» I’ve found my new hang out :-)

Five stars for the Manager, Jon Palermo. The food is good and so is the service. Jon was SO very accommodating, my aunt had a hard time sitting at the table where we first sat, Jon made sure she was comfortable, brought out our appetizers himself and asked how things were after our meal. With hundreds of restaurants in the area to choose from, you’ll find yourself coming back!

Came in for a quick pizza dinner with friends one night. I really liked ambiance. Casual but classy, good place to hang out with friends or sit at a bar area as they have two TVs. When I arrived, i was very tired. I wanted to eat pizza but also wanted something sweet. So I ordered prosciutto and fig pizza, drizzled with honey and topped with arugula. This was the perfect combination and exactly what I needed(or that’s what I thought…) Pizza sure was good but quickly got tired of sweetness from the honey after 2 – 3 slices. I exchanged a few slices with my friend’s pizza, monte bianco. Fresh garlic, fresh basil all mixes with three or four different kinds of cheese… I thought I could get addicted to this pizza. If you check in on Unilocal,it comes with free desert. It was like deep fried pie crust. It is served with chocolate sauce and strawberry sauce. Strawberry was tangy and not too sweet. Chocolate was good. How could we go wrong with chocolate anyway? One desert is enough to share with 2 – 3 people. It was free and no complains. I don’t think I will ask again though… Server was friendly but a bit slow… but I was tired and being less patience.

Randomly stopped in, everyone was so nice and accomodating. The portions are high could’ve shared all our entrees, individual pizza, pasta and bowl of soup greatly priced. Definitely coming back!

Underwhelming. If I could give 2.5 stars, I would. I’ve been three times and it’s just okay. The food doesn’t have much flavor and tastes like something I’d whip together from basic ingredients at home. The gluten-free chicken parmesan doesn’t have any crust — it’s just a plain chicken breast with marinara and cheese. Pretty disappointing and definitely something the waiter should have explained. There is no gluten-free pasta option — they sub out vegetables for pasta. I’m glad we ordered a side of risotto on the side to add some flavor and texture to the plate. Chicken picatta is decent. Gelato dessert was icy. A waiter dropped a spoon full of marinara by accident that spayed sauce all across the restaurant and my wool coat. The manager gave me a $ 40 gift card to make up for the dry cleaning expense, which was very kind and generous. Friendly service overall.

We were seated immediately although the place was packed. The service was a little on the slow side but very friendly and they were, after all, very busy. The eggplant parm was excellent and the bruschetta was delicious. The calamari was lovely too. Overall I would certainly recommend Stone & Vine.

Bar tender doesn’t seem to know how to smile. Scotch &7 pour pretty light Delivered pizza with the ½ garlic we ordered fine. But mixed up which side it was on. We figured it out pretty quickly! Pizza is very good. Thin crust and tasty.

I love stone and vine. The food is amazing. The servers and managers are always very nice and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying yourself and your food. A lot of my clients, coworkers, and friends love this place. I would recommend it to anyone. Penne vodka is my absolute favorite.

Wanted to pick up a couple of salads and go keep a friend company– they didn’t answer their phone for an hour! Just kept getting voice mail. Then when I drove there and placed my order and waited, the hostess said«we are really busy» while ½ the bar and ½ the restaurant were empty. Really blew the customer service angle. I always like their salads when we have eaten there. Not sure I will go back.

Tortellini is disgusting… spit it out and refused to eat it. Tried a bite of the lasagna and also was not a fan. Didn’t want to risk wasting more food so I didn’t try ordering anything else off the menu. Dining partners weren’t terribly overwhelmed either… it was ok but didn’t blow them away. I won’t be back.

This place has always been great, however something has changed in the past few months and the quality of the food has taken a nose dive! Two of their best dishes Meatballs and Chicken Parmigiana are now different. Not sure for it is new recipes or chef but whatever it is, GOBACK to the«old» way. Now these dishes are no different than any other Italian restaurant. Previously that were unique and delicious! The Chicken is definitely a frozen patties now. Gross! The service is still good! And the Staff very friendly.

What a disappointment. I checked Unilocal for a wine bar as I was in the mood to get a glass of wine, a little antipasto and work on some writing. The reviews and the pictures for Stone and Vine were good. I was very unimpressed. The wine selection was pretty much grocery store brands. As something listed as a one bar, I would hope for a more varied selection. Plus the prsociutto bruschetta did not use Italian prosciutto, maybe it was Spanish or just ham, but come on! Prosciutto stands out. The fried zucchini and the marinara was pretty good, and the service was decent.

Love the meatballs. You can order them with arugula. I love arugula with anything. I have also ordered their risotto. It was a mushroom risotto that day. Pretty good, I was ready to go to sleep after I was done eating, though. Had their sangria, can’t complain!

I’ve been here many times. It’s definitely a place where not everything is to my liking. I’ve heard raves how good their lasagna was and I ordered it one time and it just wasn’t good at all. Could be just my personal preference. Last I was there I ordered their spaghetti and meatballs and for a simple dish, I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. Their appetizers are really good and their desserts are pretty great too. Service is always top notch here.

I like this place, I really do. They have a great happy hour which includes $ 10 for a bucket of mussels and their bruschettas are always delicious. I have had their lasagne and pizza, both good. The atmosphere is nice and I find it has the right mix of décor with a couple of tvs so you can catch a must see game.

Went here with a friend for happy hour and sat at the bar. They have a decent craft beer selection and I enjoyed my Stone IPA that they had on tap. We both ordered personal pizzas and they were just OK.

The place is beautiful. We eat gluten free and felt the choices were limited. The bar is nice and I would guess the place is good for drinks. We were here too early to tell.

Came in for lunch around 1 and the place was pretty dead. Very nice atmosphere and comfortable seating, open dining area but also private dinning areas for large groups. Our orders were taken quickly. We asked for garlic bread as an appetizer. After 15 minutes went by, we asked our server about the bread, she snapped back«it’s cooking» and walked off. Two minutes later she brings us a basket of room temp bread slices slathered with cold garlic butter. Not very appealing. Service was very slow considering there was only one other group of people dining. The chicken caeser salad was decent. Dressing was a little mayonnaisey. Overall, it was a typical caeser salad, nothing special. Best part was their homemade croutons. The Milano pizza was incredibly dull. With as many toppings as it had, I was pretty surprised by the lack of flavor. For $ 14, there are WAY better pizza options out there. The«Panini» was disappointing. It was more like meatballs between dried out thin pita bread. Best part of our meal was their Kentucky Mule cocktail. $ 9. VERYDELICIOUS. Overall, there are a hundred better options for food in this price range and in this area.
