Elaine at this salon is amazing. She has been doing my cut and color for several years. I moved out of state and have had to find replacement stylists — and let me just say it’s been a challenge. I had a near-​traumatic experience with a new salon in Washington DC, and literally traveled back to Scottsdale so Elaine could fix my cut. She knew exactly how to get my hair style back to where it should be, even though it was several inches shorter than she has ever had to work with. But about the salon — in a very easy to find location, the salon is small but spotless, and very functionally arranged. It’s in an upscale area, but has a very down to earth, and relaxed vibe. I have only seen Elaine, but other customers seemed as friendly and relaxed with their stylists. If I have a late in the day appointment, I have been known to bring a bottle of wine to share as I get my cut and color. The salon offers fresh-​baked cookies… If you need a new stylist for your hair, Elaine is the lady to see. Besides being great at what she does, Elaine is a very wonderful person. She probably has more ‘friends’ than customers because that’s how you feel when you get to know her, like you are getting the best cut and color of your life from a friend. I just realized after this last time that it is time for a review and not keep her wonderfulness a secret!
