The staff here is so rude. Debbie she is the person that does the billing and management. Just about everything for this office. She is so RUDE. She should not have a job. She should stay home and have cats because I’m sure no man could love a women like her. Lol. I first went here once for visit with Dr Reese. The list goes on with problems i had with the staff at this office not only with her. With scheduling appt. To the lack of them following up with appt. To most of the staff yelling at patients over the phone and myself about how I needed to make an appt for my meds because he is booked over a month out after I said I did not want to make an appt again. Girls on cell phones texting while working. List goes on. Let’s end with the huge problem. Debbie the BITCH of all bitches. I get a letter saying my insurance processed claim wrong so I had to do leg work to get insurance to pay it or I needed to pay the BILL of $ 100. That my insurance did not pay. 100 for the visit going over 30 min lol so they make the visit go over 30 min then charge your insurance 100 bucks WOW. Insurance did not pay it they wanted more info. She told my insurance of they wanted a letter of exsplenation they needed to pay her 250 for that letter hahaha. So my insurance said they would look into the claim and see about re process. They fixed it and paid it at 100 percent paid. I called this bitch back. Told her my insurance was sending an EOB showing they paid in full and she needed to send me back my CO payment of 52 dollars because I had met my out of pocket MAX for the year and did not have a Co payment that they collected at visit and insurance paid at 100 percent. She got so upset started yelling at me. Told me I’m done talking to you and I’m noting account that I will not talk to you ever again. And hung up on me. Can you believe people like this have a JOB…

Both my psychiatrist and my GP(who have known me for years) suggested I see a neurologist about my seizures, and my GP recommended Dr. Reese. Reese was rude, condescending, and hadn’t looked at any of my information beforehand. He constantly interrupted me and then made me repeat myself because I «wasn’t clear the first time». He dismissed the idea that I had seizures and refused to explain his reasoning or what else it could possibly be. When I started asking about different types of seizures, and pointing out that seizures like simple partial ones aren’t accompanied by convulsions, he told me «yes, well, you aren’t the neurologist, are you?». He ignored my dad’s presence entirely and wouldn’t answer his questions. And after every time he inerrupted me, he would sigh and say, «Is there anything else you need me to listen to?» as if he didn’t actually care what I had to say, and was only there because I was paying him to listen to me babble. I was scared, in pain, and wanted someone to listen to me and make me feel like there were answers somewhere. Reese not only failed to fulfill those basic requirements of a doctor, but managed to make my father and I feel completely ignored, hopeless, and angry. I wouldn’t trust this doctor with my paycheck, let alone my life. Run away. This man is a doctor in title alone, and is basically only here to swindle you out of your money.

I agree with all the reviews so far. RUNFROMTHISDOCTOR!!! I had been diagnosed with MS in North Carolina and had just recently moved back home to AZ. I started seeing a neurologist here who also confirmed my diagnosis. I really liked him. It was the weekend and I started having these full body spasms where I would twist and writhe and could not sit still. This was severe! I went to Scottsdale Osborn ER. Btw I worked at this hospital at the time. They immediately drew my blood and I was being treated like a junkie who was in DT’s. I get that yes I did look like it but I had been diagnosed with MS! They couldn’t figure out what was wrong so I was admitted. After lots of testing I was seen by Dr. Reese. He was very very rude, abrupt, condescending, and kept asking me over and over what drugs did I take. I had to finally yell at him that hello?! They did a drug test in the ER and it was clean. I didn’t then, before then, or ever take drugs. After a couple days of testing I started getting much worse. Vomiting, bad full body spasms, nystagmus, etc. He ordered more tests but everything kept coming back normal. After the first week I started getting vertigo so bad that they eventually had to sedate me because it was so severe that my eyes were rolling in my head non stop and I was throwing up constantly. They gave me anti nausea drugs and nothing helped. Every time the eased off the sedation I would immediately throw up and my eyes would roll all around in the socket. Finally he tries this procedure that makes it calm down. I could stay awake but could not get out of bed or I would pass out. I would ask Dr. Reese over and over what he thought was wrong with me and he just blew me off and said were looking. He treated me so badly at one point I was in tears. I was so sick and had so many tests and still no answers. He would start threatening me with procedures. I say that because the whole time I really felt like he was just waiting for me to say I was on drugs or admit I was faking it. He would say«I don’t know what else to do, maybe you need a spinal tap?!» I would just look at him and ask«do I need it?» And he would say well if we don’t know what’s wrong with you I guess we just have to keep testing you. He tried this with the spinal tap, which I got, bone marrow biopsies, which I got, and tons of painful tests. He was so cruel and rude the whole time. At one point he even told me that I never had MS!!! After two weeks I told them that I wanted to go home! They couldn’t fix me and I’d had enough! I go home and a while later I request my records from the hospital so I can show my original neurologist everything that was done and how he said I didn’t have MS. When I got the records right there in black and white it said diagnosis: malingering! Which pretty much means faking it! How could I fake vertigo! And fake blood tests? He was so arrogant that instead of saying he didn’t know what was wrong, he called me a liar! What a jerk! That went on my permanent medical records! Turns out he never did any testing to confirm or eliminate MS. My Neuro looked over the papers and said I probably had a case against him for malpractice. And that he would be willing to testify for me! He wasn’t worth the time or money. I just made an appointment with him, went into his little office, and confronted him with the bogus diagnosis. He tried to talk his way out of it. I just told him what I thought of him, threw the papers at him and very very loudly so all could here I yelled at him that he was incompetent, in over his head, and FIRED!!! This guy is a complete moron. Stay away!!! I don’t know how he has kept his license. I bet he has a TON of patients who never come back after their first visit.

DOL contracted with Dr. Reese to examine me for a Workmans Comp clain regarding an MS Exasperation caused by a work assignment in 120 degrees x5 hours. My neurologist of 5 years diagnosed from my medical history, symptoms after the assignment and MRI. Dr. Reese saw me for 1 appt and determined that my symptoms were not due to heat/stress of the assignment even though the numbness, vertigo, dble visoin, skin sensitivity, fatigue, and emotional lability all started during the 120 degree assignment. So now I have to file an appeal. On top of that it appears that his billing staff is not responding to the DOL confirming with her that they are responsibile for the bill. I just recieved my second bill from her telling me to contact an attorney to «settle». Are you kidding me! How many phone calls and copies of the letter from the DOL stating they are responsible for the bill do I have to make? In addition when i checked in they demanded my insurance card and I told them that this was not a claim for my insurance but the appt was made by DOL. They demanded my card. Well, guess what, they billed my insurance company who paid them for the appointment that DOL is responsibile for. These people are trying to get paid twice for one service and then harassing me on top of it. One of my MS friends told me she used to go to him but stopped because of his arrogance and rudeness. I suspect it may be that he has a problem respecting women. A real creep.

Rushes you during the appointment. Told me that all of the other doctor’s I’ve been to were wrong. Charged me $ 55 to scribble down the problems I described and then not even tell me what was wrong with me or the changes I need to make. Also could not tell me if I should continue my medicine. Went to him because he is a specialist while he provided me with less help than my regular doctor.
