There front door staff is always extremely rude, and I do not use always as an exaggeration. There also often times seems to be a bait and switch trick with this club.
I had free tickets, and I’ll admit, I was 17 minutes late to the cut off while looking for a handicap parking spot. I asked for a club manager so I could explain the situation, and was given someone I know is with an independent promotion crew – not a club manager. This «manager» JD or JT or something of that nature did not want to hear a word I had to say, could not explain where «his» clubs handicap parking was. He just asked if I wanted to pay or leave.
I was able to speak to the owner, who also could not explain where the handicapped parking was. He was very short with me, and didn’t seem to care in the least. However, at the end he compromised and reduced the cost of the tickets (for the performer that showed up an hour before closing).

They have their promoters all over, handing out flyers offering two for one drinks and free VIP admission. Trial one of these fabulous tickets: club: «sorry, it’s 1210 «me «your employee over there (pointed to him as he was 100 feet away) literally just gave these to me» club «sorry bro, they cut off at 12».
Trial 2, 11PM: Finally make it past the bouncers with only a dirty look. Get to the door to enter «oh, those only take half off»… «It says free»… Well it’s only for one person»… Even though we both had the flyers.
Suggestions to management:
Unapproachable security will lose customers. I don’t want to be mean mugged the entire time I walk up. For those who can deal with the mean mugs– if people don’t feel like they can approach security, they don’t feel safe.
«I want to go to that club where you can barely see and security looks like you just killed their puppy” — Said no one ever.

I would give this place zero star if I could. The place sucks. This stag is not friendly what so ever. How does a place like this make money. I know all this fake people come here to spend money they don’t have. If you want people to come don’t hire toolbags to work your door. They need to inviting not judge people as they come. In all I would avoid this place at all cost.
