I highly recommend Gazelle Medical Spa & Aesthetics! Gazelle and her staff are all warm, friendly and very knowledgeable. The spa is very comfortable and provides a very relaxing environment. They offer a wide variety of treatments. I had the HydraFacial treatment with Dermaplaning and Massage, which I highly recommend! I will definitely be back! I wish I lived in Scottsdale… I would then be able to go to Gazelle Med Spa on a regular basis.

Had a great hydrafacial/​dermaplaning with LED light therapy. My face looks and feels great! So smooth! Gazelle is very knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent service from both Gazelle and Beth at reception! Love all the specials/​promotions that they run so you can try new treatments. They offer a wide variety of services. I will be back!

Gazelle is amazing! Hands down this is the best Med Spa. They offer facials, Hydrafacial, waxing, laser hair removal, massages and botox among other services.
Their massages are true 30, 60 & 90 appointments which is so wonderful! Their prices are very reasonable. $ 75 for 60 minutes and $ 110 for 90 minutes. Also, for an extra $ 20 they will send the massage therapist to your house on a Friday or Saturday.

I went in for a massage today. The facility is clean and inviting. The staff is all very professional and friendly. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had, and the therapist worked on muscles I’ve never had a massage therapist touch before. She really knows her stuff, and I will definitely be going back to see her again.

Gazelle was extremely professional and knowledgeable about skin care. I had a laser spot treatment and I’m extremely happy with the results. It’s clear she understands not only products but also laser capabilities. I’ll be going back, it was well worth the visit.

I bought this skin tighting on the neck area. As I went for all 3 treatments, «* $ 279 ($ 800 value) for three laser skin-​tightening treatments for the face or neck» Gazelle had told me when I went for the first treatment that it would not help for the any of the fine lines I had in my neck. I was so bummed that I had bought 3 of these and spent almost $ 300 and I wasn’t going to get any results. The thing that made me so mad after re-​reading the living social deal it specifically says, «will gently and noninvasively help lessen the appearance of stubborn wrinkles and fine lines.» That’s extremely miss leading and obviously not the case. I went for all 3 treatments and she would show me after lasering half my neck and I could see nothing, their was no change. Needless to say, very disappointing in the way they are being so misleading. They were friendly and nice but got nothing accomplished, and just threw away $ 300.

Gazelle emailed me saying «at least I was honest»! This makes me even more upset with this business! If she knew the laser would not help tighten the skin on my neck, she would have been HONEST if she had said the laser would not help and ask if there was another area I would like to focus on! When I asked what I could do for my neck and she said «nothing» it was as if she was teasing me and then went right into all of the products and services she sells that also would help. I am still paying off $ 1295 credit card bill for her person to do injectables that did not work at all. If this business really wanted clients, they would have used a little more compassion and possibly provided a discount especially to someone who spent so much money on their products/​procedures that didn’t work !!
However, it was obvious that Gazelle is in business to just put money in her own pocket. I just went to their website again and see that they are charging double what other similar business’s charge in Scottsdale and North Scottsdale for similar things. I have had same peels similar to their «Derma Peel» for $ 80. They are charging $ 300! If you have a lot of money and are under the age of 45 and live close by, then it might be fine for you! I would give «no stars» if it were possible.

Gazelle and her staff at Gazelle Medical Spa are great! I met Gazelle through a business networking group (McDowell Mountain Ranch Vendors) and decided to do the gentleman’s facial. It was amazing and I felt great after. She did an excellent job. I then decided to try laser hair removal on the back of my neck and back. I have never had laser hair removal and Gazelle made me feel comfortable. I am very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Gazelle Medical Spa and Aesthetics.

I purchased a Groupon for facials and dermaplaning. I have to say that I had limited expectations because it is an «express» facial, but both were by far the worst facials I have ever had-​emphasis on EVER and I have had a lot of facials (at resorts and day spas)! The first one caused my face to break out and the second one was primarily a face massage with oil. It made my face itch and I could hardly wait to get home and wash it off with a gentle cleanser and calming moisturizer! Neither facial was relaxing because of the constant chatter about other services.
The first dermaplaning was good, but she missed spots and didn’t spend as much time the second time. Maybe because she was focused on talk of other services. This place is all about the up-​sell. If they had done an excellent job on the facials/​dermaplaning, I would have made it my GO-​TO place for those services because of the location, but I am very disappointed and feel they are not genuine (authentic and caring) and as the other reviewer stated «each time I was there they tried to sell me something else». (In addition, they had me speak to the woman that does injectables first and I said, «only if it doesn’t shorten the time I get for my facial and dermaplaning», but of course it did.) Also true is that Beth F. is an employee of the company, so don’t give much credence to that positive review.

I had an amazing experience at Gazelle Medical Spa and Aesthetics. The owner Gazelle is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about all the services that she offers. She took the time to explain to me exactly what I needed to do to help care for my skin. I have already seen a major difference! The spa is beautiful, very comfortable and the customer service is the best! 5 stars!
