Elite Nails

Thanks Unilocalers! Your reviews sent me here. Since I was going to be in this area for a couple of hours why not get a pedicure and nails done. I think I might have to continue driving all the way here. The pedicure chairs have a padded foot rest that flips up too. I am very happy with the overall service. The staff is friendly and nice to chat with. Very clean and plenty of polish colors to choose from.

Elite Nails has been rated the #1 nail salon in Scottsdale for good reason. This meticulously clean and nicely decorated salon has the best nail technicians in the business, with fantastic personalities. I have had my manicures (acrylics) and pedicures done by Elite Nails for 10 years, and I can honestly say that every nail technician does an absolutely perfect job (exactly the way you want them) while being gentle, efficient, friendly and caring. Tammy (who also does amazing lash extensions & waxing) has been my beautiful and kind-​hearted nail tech for years, Pearl is incredibly fantastic, Andrew is warm and wonderful, and I love his pedicures, Née Née is an absolute joy, Hannah is very sweet, and Lynn is great, as well. In the past ten years, they and the others have done my nails many times, and as I said, literally everyone there is top notch!
Every employee takes great care in the sanitization of all instruments, hot stones, towels, stations & facilities. Owners, Van and Robin, have always been on the cutting edge of the latest and greatest improvements for their customers (the newest pedicure massage chairs, best pedi basin liners, etc.) as soon as the items came out, and yet the customer’s prices have remained the same. They also have two sets of pedicure massage chairs that are separated from the rest that I’ve always thought were perfect for couples or for two best friends. I’ve been to many resorts and salons, and Elite Nails is honestly my preference for perfect results, personalities & price!

I love this place. It’s my go to nail salon. Everyone is so friendly.
I just wish they had more of the popular Beige, Tan, Neutral colors by OPI

This is the only place I go to get my nails done! They have high quality tools and products. The staff is so nice and the salon is very clean! I always get my nails done by Pearl! She is so talented! They have waxing, and eyelash extension service as well!

I have been to elite nails two times so far my nail tech Andrew is excellent his nails are perfect he takes his time they look beautiful he is very friendly and I am very satisfied with my nails the only cons about this place is the man that works the front desk he is a bit strange and make sure that you are on time for your appointment I was 10 minutes late and they told me they do not take you if you’re late which I thought was kind of odd I work in the service business as a hairstylist I always work people in unless they are over a half hour late that’s just what we do customer service is just so-​so but Andrew’s nails are awesome !!

I never get my nails done and I decided on a whim I should get a pedicure and considering I live about thirty seconds away and everyone else seems pleased I thought I would try this place out! They were able to fit me in same day and I had a pleasant experience from start to finish! The technician I worked with did an excellent job and my pedicure lasted for weeks. This will be the only place in the valley I go to for sure.

Everyone go see Andrew! He is the best ever! He is gentle since I’m a crybaby with my ingrown issues but fabulous with deep tissue massage!
He’s wonderful in nail art and makes you laugh throughout the whole service! I would give him 10 stars if it was an option!!!

This was my 1^st. Time & I got a basic pedi. I noticed right away that the ventilation was not filtering the fumes. I should have walked out but I wanted to see if they do a good pedi.
When I checked in I informed the gentleman at the desk that this was my first time. I waited to get directions on what I was supposed to do, none came. There’s clearly a communication gap. The guy that did my pedi never introduced himself it just never improved. I knew that no tip was earned & I wasn’t going to give one. However, when I was given the bill he asked if I was going to add anything to the bill, awkward. I Gave him a top which I regret.
There are too many other good pedicure places to put up with poor service. Don’t waste your money on this one.

I recently moved into this area & tried this salon since I live across the street from it. This place is very well kept. Clean & very friendly. I got my nails done by Andrew & he was just right for me. Didn’t talk too much, & when he did he spoke perfect English. and recommended me to get a fill instead of full set. At first, I was hesitant but he did such a great job & painted the color I wanted multiple times to get it the way I wanted. I was really happy with the job done. Another girl did my pedicure, the same time as Andrew was working on my fill. Can’t recall her name but she was very good also. Will definitely be returning!

All I can say is… The Lash Queen — TAMMY!!! :-)
Tammy is the first and only person I have ever let do my lash extensions! I’ve been going to her since July 2011 and boy am I lucky and blessed to have met her! Every person I’ve referred to her feels the same way as well.
I just Looooooove Tammy, she’s such an amazing person and not to mention a sweetheart!
The best in business when it comes to lashes…(drumroll please) Ms. Tammy!
She takes pride in her craft (oh yeah, I still have my nice full natural lashes thanks to her proper care). Just another reason why she Rocks!!!

If I could give a zero I would! I’ve been going to this place off and on for years during the summers I spend in Scottsdale until I finally started seeing a nail tech that did a decent job.
On another occasion I asked if she could give me a backfill but she told me she wanted to leave early for a trip and instead did the white gel that only lasted 3 days! You would think I would learn my lesson but continued to go because I’m not familiar with other nail shops.
Well… I went two weeks ago for a fill and a week later noticed that my nail hurt and looked green and puffy!!! Yup infection!!! I went to the doctors and was told it was infection from DIRTY TOOLS!!! Do not go there!!! I’ve filled out in a formal complaint with the board. SAVE YOUR NAILS DONT GO HERE!

I’m still coming here every week and I’m just in love with Vivian (and all of the ladies) at this place. It’s such a nice, relaxing, environment. My nails always look fantastic, and I continually challenge Vivian with new designs each week. She graciously puts up with me. :) I have yet to have a less than awesome experience, it’s a really solid place to get your mani/​pedi fix.

Much better than my previous experience 2 weeks ago and another «nail salon». GREAT selection of gel polishes. Very nice, friendly and free wi-​fi. Also very clean and professional. And they got me right in. Will definitely be returning!

The ladies here always do a really nice job and try to engage with the customer. Not a bad price for Scottsdale either.

I went to Rose for eyelashes as a referral from a friend that goes regularly — she put on a full set and they are beautiful — I get compliments ALL the time. They were well priced considering the time it takes to do such detailed work.
UPDATE … Rose is now at Classy Nails at 90^th & Shea. I’m not sure who does lashes now at Elite but I think they still offer the service.

If you want your eyelashes to be beautiful and sexy please see Tammy and Rose at Elite nails. The women in my family want me to bring Tammy to San Diego because they love the way my eyelashes look. I have been doing this for a while and I am so glad I found Elite Nails! You ladies keep us looking great in the Valley!

Elite was the BEST place for lash extensions! Rose has been doing my lashes for almost a year now. So imagine my surprise (sheer horror!) when I discovered that Rose left to open her OWN lash and nail salon last week… right down the street from Elite at 92^nd & Shea!
Not only is Rose’s place (Classy Nails) open 7 days a week… but she is the cheapest in town AND the best!!!
When I get my lashes done I only need to go back once a month to keep them looking like new.
Do yourself a favor and visit Elite Nails but then go see Rose at Classy Nails and compare the quality.

Unfortunately I got a gel mani (no chip) for $ 30 and it’s chipping one week later. They definitely rushed through the manicure, which is a bit disappointing.
The pedicures are good (if you get the deluxe for $ 55). It takes about an hour and they have set amounts of time to massage, etc. I would recommend the pedicures (even though both times it’s chipped within a week).
Overall, I would go again if in a pinch (easy to get an appointment, even the same day), but I think I am going to find a different nail place in Scottsdale.
