Awesome place to live! I’ve been living at Frank’s on Shea for almost a year now in an upgraded 2 bedroom apartment and it’s been great. The front office was quick to help us find a unit that fit our needs as we wanted tile and the stainless appliances and kept us informed as the apartment we were moving into was still under renovation in the weeks leading up to our moving in. Lupe sent photos and answered all our questions quickly so when move in came there were no surprises. The complex seems to be mostly owner owned condos with some renters as myself. Being young professionals, my boyfriend and I are in the minority demographic of tenants, a good mix of retirees and a few families with young kids. Yet, still very quiet, a nice change from living on a college campus for four years. Only paying $ 20 for pet rent total for two cats was a relief compared to the $ 20 – 30 each other places we looked were charging. The common areas are nice, and most of the time the grounds are pretty well kept. Our unit doesn’t have much uncovered parking so guests sometimes have to walk from the other side(we are in the back of the complex) but there is always a spot in addition to the one covered our apartment came with.
