Wendel was fantastic. Certainly the best massage I’ve ever had, and well worth the money spent. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and has excellent attention to detail. If you’re interested, Wendel takes the time to educate on the muscle he is working, and provides great feedback as well. He gave advice to me about stretches I could do, and had suggestions for my problem areas. Wendel spent the entire 90 minutes working on me; you won’t get that in any chain location. I look forward to many more massages at Total Vitality!

This was definitely the best massage that I’ve ever had! Wendel really knows how to address any area of the body. I suffer from a very stiff & crooked neck and in just 1 session I could see a difference. I also love that if you schedule a 90 minute massage — you truly do get a full 90 minutes on the table being worked on. So many other places only work on you for 75 minutes when you pay for a 90 minute massage. HIghly recommend!

Wendel definitely knows his muscle physiology and how to work out specific issues. It was absolutely the best massage I have ever had. Other massage places charge you for an «hour», but it really turns into a 45 minute massage. Wendel gives you those 15 minutes you pay for and I felt great for the rest of the week! I work in the medical field and let me tell you, after a 90 minute massage here — I have never been more relaxed in a high stress work environment! Highly recommend!
