I loved this place. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcome. The girls at the desk were very nice! The massage was great! Exactly what I asked for. Great rooms, warm bed and beautiful music. I would return again!

BEST MASSAGE! I recomend driana she was absolutely amazing. I was very nervous going in considering this was my first massage but she made me very calm and it felt amazing sse worked out my back perfectly will definitely be going again!

BEST MASSAGE STUDIO IN THE VALLEY, BY FAR!
A very clean and relaxing studio, the massage therapists will customize any massage to your liking and are trained in many different techniques so it’s not just some generic massage you receive.
It’s also cool that they give you a recommendation sheet at the end of your massage and even some stretching cards that can help for you to improve some of your problem areas before you even come back in!
The membership is the way to go, saves you a ton of money and you’re not obligated to get a massage each month, since they roll over if you don’t use them. Plus you can add someone to your account so they can either use your credits or give them to someone else.
And it’s really easy to book an appointment, the receptionists are phenomenal!

This place delivers consistently on great massages and relaxation. My go-​to girl here is Sarah Leanne. She is the best! She does level 4 pressure but can adapt to what you need and to the areas that need the most work. Pricing is good especially if you do a membership. I also love the homemade treats they have on display in the waiting area. Nice personal touch!

After a stressful weekend of work, I came in on a Tuesday to get a swedish done. They were able to take me in the same day, so appreciate that. Driana made sure my pressure was good enough, she was very polite & kind with just enough talking. Thanks for a great massage!

5-​stars for my massage therapist, Maria and 5-​stars for the receptionists, Jenna and Heather. Excellent massage and refreshing customer service. My back is pretty tense after working and exercising, but Maria’s strength and finesse made all the difference. I’m a snob when it comes to massages, but this location exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be back!

I went in for a prenatal massage and they had some scheduling issues — they double booked the prenatal massage room — so I had to reschedule and come back. I was annoyed, and admittedly a little over-​the-​top hormonal (as pregnant women can be)…the manager was very sweet and apologetic about the situation and went far beyond what was necessary to rectify the mistake. I came back in for a massage later that evening and left feeling great. I hope to be back soon.

I had to drive to Phoenix and back to LA in one day. I had an inspired idea to book a massage before my return trip and tried Elements because of the great reviews. Their facility is clean, welcoming, professional and soothing. Their staff could not have been nicer or more helpful.
My 80 minute hot stone massage made me a new woman and my 6 ½ hour return trip was a breeze instead of the chore it could have been.
My therapist (Tashiana) worked out every kink and tightness. She demonstrated a complete understanding of all the nerve and muscle structures involved with her perfect technique. I went in for a therapeutic massage rather than a relaxation massage, so it was definitely work, but I was totally revitalized.

After a long weekend of traveling and a LOT of hours spent chained to a desk, a massage was needed. We could not have found a better location in the Scottsdale area for a low cost and amazing massage!
We knew we wanted to go somewhere where we could get the bang for our buck and after researching multiple locations, I am so happy with the decision to visit Elements Massage. It was reasonably priced and although we were a «walk in» who had to return a few hours later, it wasn’t unexpected or inconveniencing. We get it, just because you accept «walk ins» doesn’t always mean you’ll stop everything for someone who didn’t plan ahead.
We had a couples massage with Latoya and Eddie and although I can’t speak for my boyfriend’s experience with Latoya (he sends her compliments), I can rave about Eddie’s work!
Masseurs are less common and I have always had women massage me, but Eddie was spot on and very accommodating. He did not make me feel uncomfortable and for those who don’t mind someone sending you a few comments during the massage, he is perfect. He wasn’t «chatty» to the point where it was awkward, but did let me know what he was doing and provided random suggestions to help with my tension.
Most importantly, he listened to me! I’ve had too many massages where I explain my tensions and focus spots and feel I walked away paying a lot of money for someone to massage me based on a 60 minute «get it all done» time frame. Eddie didn’t neglect any pressure points, but he did focus on where I needed the most help and that’s all I could ask for!
The only down side is I didn’t have enough time during my trip to Scottsdale to return and see them again!

Donald is the bomb! I was a massage therapist and know! He is in the top best practitioners i have ever had out of about 200! If i lived here i would be back weekly! My friend also had great massage so this place rocks. Dont be like me and tip on the first time special by mistake. He is the real deal! Thank you donald! Blessings

I had a deep tissue massage by Eddie whom was very professional and great in his techniques of massage. I had a bad experience 2 days ago yet Eddie was the opposite of past experience. He addressed all areas that I asked to work on. He did a great job and very professional. I highly recommend him.

I am a firm believer in the physical and emotional benefit from massage. Being in the beauty industry it is my job to be providing not only great customer service but to develop lasting relationships with our clientele. Nicole was my massage therapist she not only did an amazing job and listened to my concerns, she also gave me some at home advice to combat some of my aches and pains. I felt really comfortable with her and will be seeing her again very soon!

I get my massages here monthly and always look forward to the next one… the staff is very professional and the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing.

Have had 4 massages here now, excellent every time, nice relaxing atmosphere, special attention to problem areas after half marathon, reasonable rates, and good cookies. Will be back for a couples massage on Sat!

My wife and I both enjoyed massages at Elements through SpaFinder. At the time my wife was 5 months pregnant. She really enjoyed her treatment and she felt her time with a prenatal massage therapist helped to relax her body and relieve a lot of the little aches and pains that affect pregnant women. I have had many massages and enjoy a deeper pressure. I felt my therapist did a great job listening to what I wanted to help with and trying to get me some relief. My wife will definitely be back following the birth of our child for some well-​deserved time to herself. I will be back for some more relief from the aches and pains of prior sports injuries.

I have a new massage therapist here, since mine is no longer there. His name is Grayson and he’s great for deep tissue massage!
I’m still disappointed that essential oils can’t be used here.
Love the homemade cookies in the waiting room. The staff takes turns making them, and I think that’s a lovely touch.

I had a kink in my neck for days and was busy running errands when I passed by Elements and saw the «Walk –Ins Welcome» sign. It was like the clouds parted and I could hear violins playing. I walked in and was able to see an experienced masseuse within about 20 min. Now, I’ve had hundreds of massages in my lifetime, but I have to rank Chad right up at the top. He focused exactly where I needed and adjusted the pressure for me perfectly throughout the massage. It’s kind of bizarre to have a spa atmosphere in the middle of a strip mall, but it was exactly what I needed and way better than expected.
I generally get massages through my chiropractor, so they’re covered by benefits and I’m only out-​of-​pocket my co-​pay. To that extent, it hurt the wallet to buy a package at this place, but I just couldn’t resist. Chad provided a fantastic massage!
