If you want to go to a place where the security staff are more concerned with their ego’s and push patrons out of the way so they can get water/soda… This is the place to be.

Made about a 90 minute visit here (7pm) for an event thrown by raven. We didn’t get the full nightclub experience, but got a glimpse inside and it is a pretty basic set-up. It has a large dance floor, alot of TV sets (not showing sports) and a DJ and a bar in front. They had free appetizers, but that wasn’t supplied by Blur. The hostess said it is a college crowd on Thursday and 25 – 30 year old’s on the weekend. Not my age group, but at least I got to check out the latest Scottsdale club.

Was here on a Friday night. Short lines, no cover, fast service, lots of room on the dance floor and good edm. This place was previously smashboxx. So what changed: now unisex bathrooms, foam machines, more fog machines, and a lot more strobe lights. Not packed on a Friday night though and it was only edm. So depending on your tastes, those could be good or bad things. Each to his own. A good edm club regardless. If you want hip hop go to cake or mint, great hip hop at either.
