I visited ¹⁸⁄₈ during their soft opening and was very excited having never pampered myself. May was my stylist and provided exemplary service. As someone who buys conditioner from the dollar store, her knowledge and expertise was able to get me the right products to take better care of my hair. The whole experience left me refreshed and feeling great.

May cut my hair and did a superb job on it, was completely satisfied with the end result and still am two weeks after!
Got a nose hair wax while I was there and it was quick and painless. (never had one before but May highly recommend it). Guys try it out, seriously!
And she trimmed and lined me beard perfectly!
Chairs are comfy and the whole staff is professional and relaxed. Great waiting area with TV and refreshments. They even provide clean shirts to change in and out of while your getting a cut.

18|8 waterfront is the best men’s grooming salon in the greater phoenix area. Along with amazing haircuts they provide excellent customer service and spa packages. The facial and scalp treatment are a must to go along with a haircut or pedicure. If you are in the area stopping by and treating yourself is a must!

Awesome! Great haircut and shave, very nice new place and friendly staff but I was really sold on the extra’s like the robe so you don’t get hair all over you, warm stone neck massage and hot steam towel treatments. Very fairly priced for what you all get — I will be going back and would recommend it to any man.

Wow! I really didn’t know that a place existed like this for men! As a man that doesn’t frequently get services that are typically known for women, I must say this place was excellent. From the time I walked into the door until the time I left! First the layout was super cool. It didn’t feel like a female spa but more like a manly «we are gonna take care of you» feel. The staff was excellent, very up-​beat and willing to cater to your thirst or relaxation. I only had planned to go in for a pedicure, but somehow (pleasantly) I left receiving a pedicure, manicure, facial, nose hair wax. Yes nose hair wax. and it didn’t hurt! I cant suggest this place enough. The facial was soothing and relaxing. Got my arms and hands massaged during that! The manicure was on point. Got my hands massaged during that. The pedicure was great. Got my feet massaged during that! They put some warm wax stuff on it to make it all silky smooth… but in a manly way! Oh and the waiting room had a huge flat screen so I could check out some basketball! Oh ¹⁸⁄₈ where have you been! Its about time men have a place to relax from our stressful jobs, treat ourselves to some male pampering… Mampering! I came out refresh, relaxed, and rejuvenated!
