We hired Ivan to convert our laundry room to a second bathroom and install a tankless hot water heater. The project was small by his standards, but he treated it with all the care and attention of a large, better paying contract. I was impressed by Ivan from the time he came to assess the project. He’s honest, straight forward, and just knows what he’s doing. Within an hour of talking to us about the job, Ivan emailed a spreadsheet that detailed his estimated charges for the project. This was the first indication I had that Ivan is a true communicator – he was always quick to reply to emails and voicemails. I was never left wondering about the status of the project.
Ivan also uses high quality subcontractors. The plumber, electrician, and roofing contractors all did excellent work. We ended up hiring them for additional work on the house.
We’re very pleased with our new bathroom and will definitely hire Ivan in the future when we’re ready for a kitchen remodel.
