I didn’t want to spend $ 800 at the dealership for brakes and rotors. I saved nearly half that by going to T3! My questions were answered politely without making me feel like a «silly woman that knows nothing about cars». I made an appointment and was quoted an honest price and estimated time for repairs. I actually chose not to wait there for my car, the waiting area is small. I just went to Borders while they fixed my car. I will definitely be back. I’ve already recommended them to my friend for repairs and maintenance on her Toyota.

I’ve been with t3 for 8 years and today I went in and found Robbie has been let go! WHAT! This is the guy who prioritized what we needed done on our vehicle so we could save money as we raise our family. Robbie has met us when we were stalled in a parking lot and fixed our car right there on the spot to avoid towing fees. I was BAFFLED to hear he’s gone and so sad! Dear T3 — did you come under new management that brought new paint and a fancy flat screen but let Robbie go? I have full faith in josh (great mechanic there) and hope the service stays the same even though a star player is gone. More than anything, I hope Robbie knows he has many many customers who will miss him, genuinely the most honest mechanic in town. T3 — dumb move

They’ll take care of your Toyota, Lexus or Infinity here. They’re fair, polite and won’t screw around. The waiting room is a little small, but they’ll offer you a drink if you’re waiting, they’ll try and get you out fast. There aren’t a ton of places nearby to walk to if you need to kill time, so just be prepared.

We have been taking our Lexus’s (4 different cars in our family) to T-​3 Automotive for over 10 years. I trust Robbie the manager at T-​3 to be honest and fair, and that is not always the case when it comes to automotive repair shops.
They specialize in Lexus and Infinities. I highly recommend them!
