Great find in downtown Scotch Plains. Affordable massage ($ 80). Owner (Ruth) could not have been nicer and fit me in last minute. The massage was great and very relaxing. Very pleasant room (could not hear outside noise and perfect temperature, etc.)

Able Body was absolutely wonderful! After several years without any kind of massage/​facial treatments, my Swedish massage from Ruth was as good as it gets (at a reasonable price point)! Atmosphere was very clean, inviting and relaxing, and the customer service was excellent. Also tried getting an eyebrow tint for the first time as well, which turned out great! (Laura did a great job!) Highly recommend this place!

Able Body Spa is an oasis of peace and relaxation in the middle of suburban NJ. I have been to other places, but no one compares to Ruth. She listens to you and gives you the time that you need. She has a unique way of knowing what your body needs without you even having to express it to her. I am an avid runner and she has helped me recover from numerous running injuries. She also gives massages that relax and restore the body. She is not only great at what she does, but she is a such a kindhearted woman as well and really cares about her clients. I always leave her spa feeling a bit calmer, more relaxed and truly cared for.
