Just moved to the state of Texas and needed a fill I decided to give it a try, first off Him that I normally pay between 40 and $ 50 for a gel fill I should be around the same price for that I then asked how much the design would be he told me about three dollars more, fine I should be about $ 53 I’m OK with that. What I’m not OK with is the fact that I paid $ 63 for a fill which was after a 10% discount for being a first time customer. which means that my original price was $ 71 for a fill and I attached a picture to show how much my 71 dollar fill got me. I got a fill 4 days ago and 2 nails have broken since then. I highly recommend asking exactly how much you will be paying before they start your nails. And when I asked why my fill was 71 dollars the response I got was it was the design. I will not be wasting my money here again.

Hanna did a great job on my pedi. I am coming back again. Very professional and pleasant service.

Where do I even begin. Worst pedicure ever, Betty was terrible. There was no shaping involved, nor did she touch my heels. On top of that, she told me my eyebrows were really bad and that I needed to let her do them. Insulting first time customers is definitely a poor business strategy. Oh and the paint job was so bad that I removed it immediately. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I used to go here all the time and loved getting massages, it was my favorite place. I just left and had the my least favorite massage ever; it killed me having to pay for it because it was I was so dissatisfied. I have never written a poor review, but I will definitely not come back here for a massage. I literally couldn’t wait for it to be over. I wanted to ask to leave because I just couldn’t stand it, but I can’t help being nice and even left a decent tip. I asked and paid for a deep tissue and definitely didn’t feel like that’s what I got, he used way too much lotion, it was gross and uncomfortable because I felt slathered in lotion, and he got it all in my hair. I was trying to be as nice as possible, but if I had known I would have just saved my money because it didn’t help at all.

I came in and got really lucky today. I came in for a pedicure and Betty took great care of me. This is my second time with her and I do not regret it. She is very knowledgeable on her profession. I will be back.

I will never go back. I got nail fungus under my acrylic nail from this place !!!
I noticed that my nail had a gap from the fake tip so I pulled it off. Low and behold I have nail fungus. My nails are not even 2 weeks old yet.

Ted is AMAZING! He is very talented and hilarious! This would definitely be my regular spot if I lived here. The establishment is absolutely beautiful!!!

I hadn’t had a pedicure in a very long time and my toes were in need of some overhaul! I usually go here with my BFF, but decided to venture it alone. I had read reviews about particular people to ask for but have been here before without disappointment so I knew I’d be in good hands. I read about one tech named Betty and when I got there, they called for her and I was excited. Little did I know just how great this Betty was! She was kind, warm, asked me for my name, and didn’t pressure me into anything other then what I was there for. We chatted the whole entire time and she even showed me pictures of her family which I thought was fabulous! It was like having a girlfriend over doing nails with each other! She did an amazing job on my toes and even started over on one because it wasn’t perfect for her! If you want someone who can speak English very well, strike up a conversation, who is warm and inviting and most importantly does fabulous-​amazing nails, ask for Betty! You won’t be disappointed! Love this girl and will be going back to her again! She’s off on Thursdays!

I will admit I’ve been here a few times before & it is really a hit and miss with their technicians. However I walked in today desperately needing a shellac polish change before a party this afternoon. Since this was closest to my home I thought I’d give it another try. I had Helen & I could not say a bad thing about her! She was very polite, meticulous and very professional. She recommended a manicure but only after looking at my cuticles (which I admit are horrible) but I never once felt pushed into something which is the norm for most nail salons. Now I wish I would have had more time for a manicure & pedicure! Thank you Helen, I will be back!!!

By far the best nail lounge spa I had ever experience in my lifetime. I was visiting from California and had decided to get a massage. Betty really got into the deep tissue and took out all the kinks. She was really great and super efficient! The person who I recommend who did nails was Tien and of course he was a man so he was gentle yet sweet at the same time. Guys I know this place was under bad ownership before but this place is great now. They won one of the great business hall of fame two year consecutively so it means whatever they are doing it’s working! Also don’t forget you’re paying for quality

Love it here!!! But you have to request Betty for pedicure, facials, and massages! She’s amazing! Whatever she recommends… DO IT! It’s worth it!

Best nail shop! I have been coming here for years. Quan is my new go to guy for my nails and Tiffany for pedi’s you can also get a great massage here to!

It was ok. The most annoying thing was being pushed for more services. And then being asked why I wanted my nails to be shaped the way I wanted them. Pretty pricey to walk away unsatisfied.

I love this place! However you have to go to the right people. There is one girl who repeatedly messed up my friends nails. My girl is Helen! She is amazing and my shellac stays on for 3 weeks or until it has grown too far out. Betty is also really great.

I got a pedicure and it’s like it was the lady’s 1^st time ever doing one, couldn’t do the French tip right at all and messed up on the flower ended up asking her to take it off and for someone else to do it, they messed it up too, didn’t even want to tell him to fix it, even worse, they sit there and talk about you right in front of them and mock you. Would have look better if I did it

It might be the technician I got but this was hands down the worst manicure I have ever gotten in my entire life. It looked like a child did it-​smudged, missing parts of my nail, paint on my cuticles, and lots of drips. She also made me do a super hot paraffin treatment to my hands that I outright said no thank you to («it’s just a couple dollars, come on) and then tried to tell me the coupon I had wasn’t correct. $ 74 later (mani and pedi) I had the worst mani of my life, a ruined workout jacket from the paraffin (didn’t wash out) and I will never be back. Wish it had been different because it’s a convenient location.

I frequently visit this salon for pedicures. I have seen a variety of nail techs, some are better than others, but overall I’m pleased with the services I receive. The best service Nail Lounge offers is the massage by Kelly. I am very picky about massages, and she is the absolute best deep tissue massage therapist I have experienced in this area. If you are tense, and need your sore muscles soothed, she is the therapist to see!
I’m updating my review. The salon is under new ownership and services and customer service have gone down hill significantly. I will not go back. Kelly, the best massage therapist, is no longer there unfortunately. The new owners will run this salon into the ground.

I really really tried to like this place… but I just can’t. I’ve been there five different times with the same result. (It’s the free wine that gets me!) They overcharge, they are rude, if you don’t pay very close attention, they won’t do everything you are supposed to get with a pedicure. I’m very embarrassed but I was charged 58 dollars for this half done polish. The lights are dim so you can’t see until after you have left and Lord help you if you go even an hour to their close time; they will rush you through it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else just bring some wine in a cup and enjoy.

I have always loved this place. But the last time I came here I was blown away how rude the guy who did my nails was. He was laughing at me and making rude remarks about the color I chose for my nails. Didn’t even bother to offer me a drink. Especially when the lady next to me went through 2 glasses of wine. I’ve spent a lot of money at this salon and was shocked how badly I was treated. The guy was so rude I almost made him stop completely in the middle of doing my nails.
He gave me dirty looks the entire time he was doing my nails and laughed at me a few times also. When I went to the manager she made excuses saying maybe he was joking when he clearly wasn’t. And didn’t even offer to give me my service for free. And didn’t even say a word to the guy that was so rude to me. I was floored by how horrible I was treated at this salon!!!
