Went back to get all season tires put on the maz! The general manager was on top of it! We had a number of conversations to discuss the particulars he was very informative which allowed us to make the right decisions. Thank you! Also needed to get a few things looked at due to the extremely cold weather. The service department fixed everything. The service manager was relatively consistent in his multiple conversations with us. The car drives so much better with the all seasons and I could not be happier.

Looked at vehicle here that wasn’t a Maserati. I didn’t get much information on the features on this particular vehicle and ended up purchasing elsewhere. My trade-​in price for my wife’s other car wasn’t really negotiable, whereas other dealerships I worked with in the past, had a little flexibility. I felt like there was a «take it or leave it» type of attitude or mentality. The salesman even told me that they really wanted to «sell this vehicle», but it sure didn’t feel like it. Within an hour, I visited another dealership and purchased the car my wife was looking for. I wouldn’t attempt to purchase here again.
