Asked for a surprise flavor and was NOT disappointed! They gave me a mix of watermelon with blue melon… Loved it!!! Great service and the vibe is awesome. Definitely coming back!

I really liked this place! The customer service was on point, the ambience was perfect, and the hookah itself was pretty good. I liked that we could also watch the NBA games while here. I like that it wasn’t too loud and that the furniture was very comfortable. The waitress asked us for our order and hooked us up with a flavor not on the menu that was amazing. Definitely a great experience and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Recommend it to others and I will definitely be back again in the future!

Definitely a lot of seating and plenty of hookah flavors to pick from. Also if you ask an employee what they recommend they might recommend some off the menu hookah flavors. I went here with a buddy to watch the game (each section has it’s own tv). We got seated right away, but seemed to be only one worker there the time I went so it took her a while to take our order. Didn’t mind the wait because the game was on. Hookah the regular size is perfect for 2 — 4 people in my opinion.

X-​Hale is the shit!!! Their hookah blends are bomb, but the service is OUTSTANDING! Bianca and Gaby are just simply the best! They always make us the best mixes, and are super tentative and friendly. Come here, you won’t regret it.

The girls here are always friendly! They have a variety of custom flavors and use Mya QT hookahs and are of excellent quality. They have many different beverages and the caramel cappuccino is delicious. They also have some desserts on the menu, the baklava is good. My friends and I have been coming here for years and always receive excellent service.

Love this place. Specially now that we found our favourite flavor… Paan Mint! Woohooo! Try their smoothies too. Friendly environment and very attentive staff!

I’ve been coming to this place for years now! They have great hooka with a great selection of flavors. The owner is a sweetheart and all the servers are friendly. Servers continuly come and check on you and change coals without being asked. Ambience is very relaxing. The place is filled with couches and is great for small or large groups. Definitely would recommend coming here!

Awesome place to chill with friends on the weekend. The atmosphere is so relaxed and it is very clean. I will be coming back for awesome flavored hookah, not crowded people, relaxed, friendly service and worth giving a shot. Gabby was my waitress and she is awesome.

This is a great place to come and relax with friends! They have so many options for hookah. The servers are great and change the coals out constantly so that the bowl never burns out. Great experience and service! I always come with friends and highly recommend it!

I’ve been to other hookah lounges in the burbs and this has to be my FAVORITE. hands down. The staff is always so attentive and welcoming. I always look forward to coming here every Thursday and Sunday with my girlfriend. The atmosphere has to be my favorite part of coming here, it’s so chilly outside and it’s so cozy here. I definitely recommend checking Xhale ! :)

Xhale is one of my favorite hookah lounges ! They’re customer service is phenomenal and they upgraded to Khalil Mahmood definitely recommend it for a good time and the music is poppin!

I have visited hookah lounges throughout Canada and the United States over the last decade and this hookah lounge, without a doubt, made the BEST hookah I have ever had! It is a MUST VISIT hookah lounge!
Why was the hookah so fabulous?
–We asked for something fruity and with Starbuzz only. The recommended cocktail, a blend of three flavors, was perfect– just delicious. It is currently 8^th on the list of X-​hale specialties-​look for a flavor with the initials DB. I will leave its name out from this review as it may offend some readers.
–The coal was changed at least 5 times during our two hour visit without us asking
–It never got harsh. I cannot figure out how they managed this! No one ever has!
–The smoke came out thick
–They did this all using a hookah that was about 2 feet tall!
What else made this hookah lounge fabulous?
–The service was magnificent! The owners and staff were very attentive and friendly. They also took the time to make recommendations for drink as well as hookah.
–The environment was comfortable. Couches and tables and chairs were both available. It was not cold as many hookah lounges are. The lighting was nice and dim.
— I love tea and the pomegranate Turkish tea is magnificent. One of the BEST I have had. It is a MUST ORDER item. They also had soda in glass bottles which is my favorite way to drink soda!
–Many lounges do not serve food and it is always a disappointment to me. So I loved that this lounge allowed us to bring in food!
In sum, if you’re looking for the best hookah you have ever had, and excellent service in a a relaxing environment, this is the place to go! We had a fabulous time!

«Everything is awesomee” — The minions.
This place is located in a little strip mall with a fox and hound and a subway. They do not serve food, but you’re allowed to bring in something. SO, we bought in our subs and were seated immediately. My friend did order a mint pomagranate turkish tea– GET IT (or make someone else get it and try a sip). It is amazing (and i’m not a tea drinker).
Ambiance: mostly played pop and hip hop. They had ample seating with multiple televisions with the NBA playoffs on for that day (and hockey on other tvs). One side of the joint has couches and the other has small coffee tables. There was enough light, but as more people kept coming in, the light was dimmed a bit throughout the evening (but not to blinding levels)
**(Most important part of the review) **
Hookah: Ive never seen a hookah place serve mya qt hookahs to their customers before. Its usually those ginormous 22 inch ones that need to sit on the floor. When i saw the mya one, i freaked out a bit, not gonna lie. But the gentleman who helped us initially (i think he’s the owner as well) was extremely helpful in helping us choose our flavors and helped me generate some faith about the quality of his product. We got the dirty bitch– it was fruity and minty– HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! It was so well made, omg. The service was impeccable. Our server kept coming to change our coal every 20 minutes at least. She NEVER let it get harsh. I was in awe as to how great the service was, i never had to ask for a coal change. Also, everyone was SO NICE. Every server was outgoing and smiley.
Seriously, you need to come here.

This place looks lot different from the last time I came here. There’s more seating, more space, more lighting. Like another reviewer said the manager is mean to the employees, yelling at them in public, wasn’t a good look. But as for the hookah it’s pretty good at standard prices. I reccomend «volcano» which is pirates cave and mint!

This place was awesome! We’re from out of town and were looking for a hookah lounge. We were skeptical at first because of the reviews. We gave it shot and loved it! Great service, great music, and an awesome variety of flavors! Definitely would recommend!

This is a great hookah lounge in the suburbs. This is my boyfriend and I favorite hookah lounge in the suburbs, the décor is cute, seating layout is perfect and ample, TVs everywhere, and hookahs are great!

I’ve been coming here for years. They use Mya QT hookahs and those are my favorite hookahs (they hit so well). The people working there are friendly and give good suggestions for hookah flavors. Wish they still had the princess delight flavor, I liked it a lot. A few years ago my friend and I had a strawberry shortcake flavor at a hookah place in the city that shut down. The hookah maker actually took the time to try to recreate that flavor. It didn’t work out, but we appreciated the time and effort she put in. The #1 thing I like most about this place is that they switch coals every 10 minutes. They take the head off and blow into it as well. Every hit you take is nice and the hookah lasts very long. Keep up the good job!

Surprised how crowded it was. With two empty areas in front, we figured we’ll be good, but the owner «J.» (forgot his name) said we would have to buy 1 hookah per person to sit there, reserved for 6… OK… So we went to a bar nearby to wait for a spot to open up. Got back 10min later and we get carded… OK…we’re almost 30. But we get seated for 4 people. Cool. When I asked about the list of 20 flavors or so, all with random exotic and names like «silly sassafras», J couldn’t tell me what the actual flavors were, just vaguely describe how they felt… OK. I told him to mix Blue Berry + Orange. My buddies got Blue Berry + Mint. Mine came and was barely getting smoke, but figured it’s newly packed. 30min later I try my buddies and it’s loaded! I started coughing from how it actually worked compared to mine.
An assistant came out, semi-​rude and she, ONLY she, was allowed to touch the coal with tongs, and mess with the hose which kept falling out. This woman took the bowl off the top (that contained the tobacco), put her lips on the downspout and blew ashes out of the foiled top! Then replaced the coal. ??? She did this for everyone.
That didn’t help. After another 15min of continuing our good conversation and trying to smoke, we left. I complained to J at check-​out and he said, «Oh you should have told me sooner, come back again for a discount, ½ off next time!»
That’s nice. I won’t come back. Odd place. Tons of people, no privacy. Small hookahs, no leg room. Dirty lips. $ 18.
