Northwest Community Healthcare Medical Group – Schaumburg

I have had my fair share of absolutely horrible and rude physicians, nasty dirty offices, and sassy nurses, and here I do not have to experience any of that!
I have been seeing Dr. Aimelee Valeroso for about a year now, and love her so much that I also have my huband seeing her as a patient! She is so kind, and listens to all your concerns, and sits through you babbling and listing off all the things you’ve been meaning to ask your doctor for the past few months. She helps you with the best treatment option for your lifestyle, runs the appropriate tests to figure out the cause of your concerning issues, and doesn’t just shluff you out the door as quick as possible in order to get to the next patient number She, her nurses, and the entire staff really make you feel like a human, who is there to get the best care, and not just another file number, and copay to be paid.
I usually have Jennifer as her nurse, and let me say, Corpman Nurse Jennifer is awesome, she knows what she’s doing! She has funny stories and jokes to take your mind off the fact that she is stealing your blood.
Kristin at reception is so lovely & bubbly, she helps take care of all your appointment making & payment needs.
Everyone I have encountered here is so chill and so kind, they really care about you as a patient and take the time and care you deserve… it’s exactly what you hope for when you’re not feeling your best… to be taken care of!

–If appointments aren’t your thing, I did notice today that they are taking walk-​ins as part of their «Dr. NOW» program from 7am-9:30a on Mondays and on Fridays (now that’s not Monday THROUGH Friday, just on Monday mornings and Friday mornings).
