They do not stand behind their work. Life is too short to put up with this kind of customer service. Look elsewhere.
Integrity Renovations and Electrical came out to do about a days worth of electrical work: install three ceiling fans, a chandelier and various other lighting and electrical tasks.
After they left, we noticed that they had installed the controls for all three ceiling fans on the same wireless channel. My wife turned our fan on medium, it turned all three fans to this speed. My son woke up in the middle of the night and turned on the light in his room which turned on the lights in my daughters room and mine, waking up the whole family.
When I called IRE to notify them of the problem and to ask them to come out to fix the issue with the fans and with the chandelier hanging at an 11 degree angle, I was told «the guy that can help is on a job site» and would have to call me back. I’ve attempted to contact them several times since via phone and even email with no response.
