Great place to eat I also love that they r closed on Sunday’s so people can be with their family. People r really nice don’t feel like ur at a fast food place. Love to read the history of how they started. Keep up the good work

Great place to take the kids. They have a nice indoor play area for the kids. Always clean, always friendly, always good food. I like they are very consistent. They are closed on Sunday, which is fine, but I forget sometimes.

The staff at this location was extremely nice. Very well managed teen working the drive thru. Love the spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Also I love the sauces they have too. I always get the Polynesian sauce. Yum. Sweet and tangy.

OMG… people start looking at your receipt from now on. So I take my 4 kids here to eat dinner, First of all its not worth it, ok so my kids and I were done eating and I had to order chicken sandwich without tomatoes to go. As I wait I just happened to look at my receipts and in a(parentheses) was a .15 cents charge. so I asked what that was and they charged me extra for taking out a condiments how ridiculous I said and all they can say was that’s how it works here. So I looked at my other receipts and low and behold there it was again an extra charge because I didn’t want a condiment. Never going here again. Although it is great for kids having a play area, but that’s just a to lure you in and to be suckered in. The rich gets richer and I middle class gets poorer.

Love this place! Good service and good food. Real Chix pieces, not mashed up ground Chix. Lots of healthier options for adults and even for kids meals. Grilled nuggets are an option too. Just wish portion sizes were bigger

Not a fan at all. This was my first experience here and I had heard so much about this place and how they had respectable values so I decided to come here with a guy I met on Grinder. We went through the drive through, and there was no one behind us but they were awfully pushy to get my order, I got the number 2, crispy chicken with American Cheese, and a root beer.(Never heard of american cheese on chicken it intrigued me) We could hear a bunch of woman talking to each other through the head set which made it hard to order. We then pulled up to the window where the window woman was laughing and laughing and I’m not sure if it was at me or not but I felt like that was very unchristian of her. I gave my money and left. When we got home and started watching Golden Girls and opened the food and this crispy chicken was soggy as hell. My only question is who the hell puts American Cheese on a chicken breast on general it was gross. The fries were not that great, and my root beer didn’t taste very carbonated. I was not at all pleased with my food. Not to mention both me and my date got the runs from the food all afternoon. I literally was making spin art all afternoon in the bathroom. And he went home and had to stop off twice to flush the demons out of him. This was not at all good. I’m sorry you didn’t live up to the hype. I was truly hoping for a great meal for the price to bring back to my AA group but instead I found a new way to cleanse my insides. I don’t think I’ll ever be back. I hope no one else has an experience like this and it was a one time thing, although you’ll keep the toilet paper industry booming!

I have yet to have anything here that wasn’t excellent. The salads are really good. Avocado Lime dressing rocks. The service is exceptional. Facility is very nice and clean. One complaint. The coffee cup lids, they are horrible. No cover for the hole and spills all over the place while driving. This kind of cover is fine for dine in, but NOT for carry out/drive thru!!! Please fix.

Don’t see the hype over this place. It’s almost creepy how«friendly» they try to be. Yes their waffle fries are good, but it doesn’t make up for fast food that is almost $ 10 a shot. I can find better food for less — Culvers comes to mind.

Wonderful staff, great food. The staff are so nice and the place is very clean. I came by here for lunch one day and got a Spicy Deluxe and Small Fries, I went back to work which is about 10 minutes away and my food sat on my desk for another 30 minutes before consuming it and it was still excellent tasting. The fries were still fairly crispy, though not as much as when I had one in the car haha. Remember to ask for Chick-fil-A sauce.

As a Chick-Fil-A fan for years now, I have always wanted a location closer to where I live. I guess my wish has been granted! This place just opened up a few weeks ago and the whole place is spankin’ new. Staff were polite and wonderful as always. However, the place is a lot smaller than the east Schaumburg location near Woodfield. The whole interior felt cramped and crowded. It made me think of this place as sort of a «Chick-Fil-A express» place rather than the full featured location such as the one near Woodfield or down south in Elmhurst. However, all of this doesn’t matter because the food here is pretty good.

Ask yourself a simple question: Do I like chicken breast? If the answer is an enthusiastic yes then this place is for you. From what I have seen, this place basically runs and thrives on its many many variations of the breast of chicken. Examples: Chicken Sandwich: fried chicken breast patty. Chicken Nugget: clearly cut pieces of chicken breast fried the same as the patty. Chicken breast soup: Its in the name. Grilled Chicken Nuggets: same as fried nuggets but grilled. Chicken strips: Made from chicken breasts. Tortilla soup: probably made with chicken breast too. I’m sure there are more stuff that include the chicken breast on the menu. Some of the other stuff on their menu include waffle fries and a unique lemonade. The waffle fries I really have no opinion on, they aren’t amazing nor bad. The lemonade is quite good and tastes fresh if super sugary drinks are your thing. The diet lemonade isn’t as good because one must imagine how much artificial sweetener they need to dump in to match the sweetness. What really stood out about this place are the service and the sauces. The service was really good for a fast food chain. They had a lady going around asking if you want your drinks refilled and the speed they crank orders out is phenomenal. The two sauces I tried both surprised me: The Chick-fil-a sauce: Very similar to honey mustard with more spice added and kinda of reminds me a little bit of horseradish. The Polynesian sauce: I imagined it would be generic sweet and sour sauce but again, like the chick fil a sauce, has an added spice kick to it. These 2 condiments really stood out for me. Too bad I don’t really like chicken breast that much. So again, if you like chicken breast, let this be your new fast food destination. I tried to be objective but personally, breast just ain’t my thing. An above average fast food chain.

New location just opened on Dec 4, 2014. 5 stars for being seconds from my house! 5 stars because I Loooooove the #4: spicy chicken deluxe. Add a delicious lemonade and chik-fil-A sauce and I’m in heaven. Now I have a CFA by home and work. :)
