Absolutely horrible customer service. When I made the appointment I made it very clear the type of insurance I had. I left work early to get to the office only to be told I needed specific paperwork from the insurance company; my insurance card was not enough. They refused to see me. I said I wished they had explained that when I made the appointment. Their response was«oh well». Never going back.

WARNING: If you go here, check your Explanation of Benefits! I stupidly went here instead of my usual mom and pop shop. When I went to pick up my glasses, they did them incorrectly and put the wrong lenses in them which made me see double. So I had to come back a week later. Then, they overcharged me(I was charged $ 530, and my insurance EOB said my responsibility was $ 438), and the people in there didn’t know anything about insurance so she was talking out of her ass making up excuses. The doctor said they would call the insurance to find out what the problem was… I found out they called and did overcharge me, but it took ME calling the place back to find out! Then she said they won’t correct the claim and will just give me a refund. That sounded fishy to me, so I called the insurance company back and they said that’s not how it worked. They called Pearle Vision and told them they have to send a corrected claim. I will never go there again.

I came here a few years ago for glasses & contacts. I returned because I had a problem with my lenses & wanted to buy a new pair of glasses. The attitude from the woman behind the counter changed my mind. The reflective coating on my glasses was damaged & I didn’t know why. Instead of explaining what happened or how to repair it, she yelling at me «we told you how to properly care for them». I’ll take my business elsewhere.

We came to Pearle Vision to obtain eye exams and purchase glasses and contact lenses. The variety of glasses they have to offer is okay — could be better, but we were able to find what we needed from both the men and women sections. The optometrist is okay. The staff is nice and helpful. Very easy to make an appointment.
