Best deli around. The owner Louie, is a great guy. He’s been in the business a long time and everything I’ve had from there is delicious. No other deli in the area can compare to the quality they turn out.

Ordered from them daily, either a cp or a turkey sandwich. Got charged differently everyday. Never said anything until i went in person and got charged 3 dollars less. Ever since then never ordered from them again. I used to spend at least 100 per week in there. Its a shame they are close by my house. Complete crooks. Have a heart.

Top notch deli. This spot has a great selection for lunch. They also have homemade recipes for purchase. Friendly workers but loses a star for the prices. I guess since it’s a Scarsdale location there rent must be high. But, at least you get good portions which almost balances the price issue.

Very very friendly. Went in this morning and got BEC breakfast sandwich. Sandwich was great and service was really fast. Definitely going back for lunch… they had a great selection of Italian foods. Old school place fresh mozzarella etc.

First time coming to this deli. First impression: had a lot of selections. I’m new to the area, it’s great to see shops with sandwiches named after their high school!
I ordered a meatball parm on a roll which was very delicious. (Love the fresh mozzarella) It took a couple minutes to make granted it was 10 in the morning but it was well worth it. I could tell right away this place has a lot of regulars as I saw the owner and the worker greet a fellow customer by their name.
Another reason for the 5 star review would be how the sandwich was packaged. I took it to go and unwrapping the sandwich made me feel like I had a plate. It was very neat.
I will come back to try the edgemont sandwich!

I really like this Deli. I started working nearby and have been ordering at least once a week ever since. Their meatball parmigian is really good.

Been here a few times and all I can say is there are waaaay better Italian Delis further up and further down Central Ave that serve 15 people in the time it takes this place to serve one, charge half the price, use better ingredients, and are actually friendly.
This place is OK at best.

Very very poor customer service. Owner told me to never call back because my card was declined for a delivery order. This is despite the fact that the deli has botched my order several times and blatantly entered my card information incorrectly. I don’t mind mistakes, but I DO have a problem with nasty management. needless to say, we won’t be ordering here anymore

These guys kill their sandwiches. One of my favorites, the t-​bird is a popular choice amongst school kids in the area, as they always receive a huge amount of orders because of their great service and food. You can find great burgers and other great sandwiches too, but the t-​bird is by far my favorite.

Not nearly as good as the reviews food is fine nothing great. Owner gruff not best phone manners nothing great or aweful here. If u must go bfast food pretty good and owner attitude hit or miss he is nice sometimes.

Great deli all around. I’m not from the ny area and usually expect the same type of deli with the delicious meats and cheeses (which this has) but this one had more than that. Tons of wraps, sandwiches, hot food options and premade dinners.
Most everything seems to be made in the store and was delicious. Macaroni salad, pasta salad, homemade mozzarella. Muffins didn’t look that great but were huge and perfectly cooked. The bran and chocolate ones were both amazing. Eggplant parm was perfect with lots of eggplant and cheese.
Employees were friendly and willing to answer any question or make things exactly how I wanted. No espresso drinks but the coffee was great. Especially after having the hotel coffee that morning. Overall, my top deli experience for the NY area by far!

I asked for a low cal breakfast option, and boy, did they deliver! They made me a fabulously delicious grilled vege/​egg-​white omelet, pressed hot in whole wheat wrap!!! It was a generous meal that tasted AMAZING! I also appreciated that when I asked for something special, they happily obliged. Most other places would have rolled their eyes. You can see my steaming hot wrap in the photo.

Outstanding italian deli. They make great sandwiches and have excellent prepared foods. have had them cater dinners for large groups, and it was great. Lou and his staff take good care of their customers. Sandwiches are stuffed, and they are good to the community!

Pretty good sandwiches can be found here. It’s a normal deli, sandwiches, salads, chips, drinks and such. I grabbed a turkey hero for a long drive and it was very good. Made just like I asked for and using delicious meats and cheese. A place I will be back to.

One of my favorite delis in the area. Really friendly staff and great food. One sandwich that I believe everybody should try is the T-​Bird (Bacon, Cheese, Chicken Cutlet) and ask for hot sauce on it.
