Always looking for new flavors to cook with, and this is a great way to do so! I love olive oil, and the truffle oil they have is very good, very strong so beware when cooking with it! The balsamic’s are also delicious, great flavors and a LOT to choose from. The staff was very knowledgeable when we asked which flavor profile would be best when cooking specific items. I wish it wasn’t as expensive but other than that I’ll be back to buy the whole store, a little bit at a time lol.

Came here on a Monday afternoon, wasn’t many people there. The woman at the register counter didn’t seem very friendly, with barely a greeting or introduction about the establishment, she seemed more preoccupied on her computer than possibly giving some new customers information. There is a wide array of oils from different countries and with a multitude of flavor profiles. Every flavored oil from orange infused to cayenne and vinegars infused with fig, chocolate, espresso. Such a vast collection, I can’t even name them all. Throughout the display were jars with bread pieces so you could sample each one. My husband and I took great pleasure in discovering many of the different flavor profiles to chose from. Below each item was information about the product including tips and what other products would compliment it. In addition to oils and vinegars you can find gift items such as interesting jams, spreads and dried pastas. Beautiful store, beautiful products, will definitely be back.

Really great variety of oils, vinaigrettes, and different mixtures of wonderful flavors(Sicilian Lemon, Cherry Apple, Pineapple vinaigrette with Peach, Chestnut mixes, etc.). This review really does not do justice to the BEAUTIFUL store with AMAZING products. As a big olive enthusiast I walked into this store expecting to find olives to purchase. I was pleasantly surprised by ~50 jugs filled with different vinaigrettes and olive oils that you can sample before purchase. I probably spent 20 minutes in the store just taking in and exploring the different mixes and flavors. The place was pretty crowded and I purchased a simple vinaigrette(Sicilian lemon) for my salads and a smaller olive oil for meat marinade(more savory than sweet). Delicious. There is a lot of variety in this store and I cannot begin to explain the crisp, tangy flavor of the lemon vinaigrette, or the depth of the cherry notes(chocolate! — tasted a bit like Pinot Noir) and tart apple in the Cherry Apple. I’m taking off a star because of customer service. One employee had the audacity to rush over to where I was standing to scold me for letting the glass cover holding the bread slam down. I didn’t break anything. Just say«Be careful» next time and the next review won’t have anything negative. Back off jug monitor.
