I love this store!
First off, it’s clean and organized, everything’s easy to find.
I’m usually greeted by the store cat who’s SO sweet and friendly. I inquired about a few cats in large cages. I learned that Island Pet Organic promotes Adoption of pets. **Huge Plus**
My first visit to store, I discussed the Wellness Grain Free Dog & Cat food I’m used to buying somewhere else, owner politely said «I’ll price match and order anything you might need that you don’t see on the shelves»
Turns out I needed a certain dog collar for my large breed dog and his grain free treats that she didn’t have there. I needed the cat food I normally buy, in a larger bag. Colleen ordered all of those items and they arrived in next delivery which was very quick.
She now has us on her order schedule and I will order all food/​treats and other pet products from her. Colleen is polite, professional and truly cares for animals.
She also offers grooming services. It’s really great, one stop shopping!

This pet store is unique in the items they carry. All the food is healthy. Colleen is really knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all my questions, gave recommendations. I walked away confident I wasn’t wasting my money and doing the best for my dog. Next time I’m bringing him in for a grooming.
