I’m not even sure the place is still open, as I heard the owner had died but his wife may still have the place open. I grew up next store to Andy’s(as we called it) and miss it more than any place I have ever eaten. Warning: the pizza sucks. Now that that’s out of the way, their subs rock. They are meaty and full. Nothing like the little sandwiches you get elsewhere. Their cheese steaks were a family fav. Nothing beat loading the cooler with with subs and heading down the river for the day. For anyone who tries it based on the two reviews here, stay off the rock at the end of the property. It is not Andy’s seating and will probably annoy my brother in law as much as it did my granny when we lived there. Tell Karen Jeni says hello.

I debated writing a review for this place. It is so good I would prefer to keep it a secret. You walk in and face a counter you cannot see over. Just order into the air, Mr. Tastee(that is how I think of him) is listening. If you do catch a glimpse of the bespectacled Mr. Tastee you might feel like he didn’t hear you, but rest assured he did. Soon a flurry of activity will ensue, a couple of scratchings with a pencil and soon subs will come your way. Fantastic subs, he is not Mr. Tastee for nothing. Parking might be difficult.
