Rustoni’s Pizza

The food is mostly decent. Not great but not terrible. The delivery times are unacceptable. Ran well over an hour three straight times I ordered. Best taking your business elsewhere. I am.

Not a bad place at all. Got delivery and it arrived very very quickly. The spinach, mozz, and chicken wrap was good it just had to much oil which saturated the French fries. The calamari was seasoned extremely well and the marinara sauce was just as good. Definitely not a bad place, just not the best either.

Shout out to Rustoni’s for being on the ball with a food allergy in regards to a menu item for delivery and notifying me before filling the order so substitutions could be made. I very much appreciate the attention and assistance and will happily recommend them. They completely remade a dish for my daughter and I’m very pleased with their service! Great catch by the staff!

Honestly one of the best pizzeria we have in Sayreville. Always fresh and well done. Try there grandpa pizza it’s very delicious and also try out the vegetable slice very very good!

I order from Rustoni’s pretty regularly. I have yet to be disappointed. My favorite appetizer is the buffalo shrimp– I recommend it. Their chicken noodle soup is also the best I’ve had and is great when you’re sick. Their pizza is consistently good. Even the desserts they offer do not disappoint. I’ve eaten in and had delivery; both experiences have been great. The owner and his wife have always been there when I go and are very nice. They even included my boyfriend and me when they were celebrating New Years with their family. Rustoni’s is my go-​to place when I’m not in the mood to cook.

Eek. Ordered the Grandma & Grandpa pizza (Half Margherita, half fried onions). Wait for one pizza was an hour plus.
Everyone who came in off the street was served before us. Had to wait an hour plus with someone who just had knee replacement surgery – the kids who were behind the counter took absolutely no notice of this – and the pizza wasn’t even that good. Incredibly greasy, and the tomato sauce seemed like it came from a jar. Our friends raved to us about this pizza and the free coffee numerous times, but I wouldn’t make a return trip.

It’s okay. Really convenient to my house and the prices are decent. I don’t think the food is anything to rave about and I wouldn’t make a special trip to get food from here but it’s good.
The margherita pie is good but the vodka with linguine loomed like gas station food so its a gamble.

Well I don’t know where to start since everything is this place is amazing. My go to meals I would say is the Grilled chicken sandwich w/​roasted red peppers & fresh mozzarella on homemade bread topped with there homemade balsamic vinaigrette, spinach artichoke pizza is insanely good, homemade lentil soup, and pretty much any else you put in your mouth there.

everything i have had so far is delish, from the pizza to the pasta, and tey have great lunch specials every day !!! A+

We have tried several pizza places in the area and this one is our favorite by far. Pizza is great. The wraps are awesome too. And you can’t find a nicer group of people. Thanks for always delivering a great meal for me and my family.

Food is excellent and Grandma’s pizza is highly recommended. The reviewer stating that pasta dishes are small is just wrong. Lasagne, chicken parm and teriyaki chicken subs are excellent. Eat-​in service is great, the staff is friendly and you won’t leave hungry. Bön appetit!

The food is not bad. The portions of pasta are a little small and should be bigger. The pizza is very good. They need to speed up delivery as usually it takes over an hour.

I have to say the pizza here is good, but agree with other reviewer that quality has gone down. Chicken parm used to be really good, but I won’t order it anymore.

We ate here a few times from when they originally opened until we found better elsewhere shortly after. We saw this place when they first opened and decided to give it a try. Our first order was pretty good and really enjoyed the pizza. Subsequent orders after that point seemed to decline. First the pizza was way over cooked to the point you couldn’t bite into the dough and pretty much had to eat the cheese and sauce on the side. Next order we got a hot chicken parm sandwhich which was very small and over cooked. The last straw was the wait timea for food. Although the staff was friendly they are extremely slow even calling ahead I had multiples times where we waited 30mins plus for the food and it is somewhat pricey compared to other pizza resturants in the area.
Overall the place serves average at best food at a slow pace. Franks pizza in midstate mall in east brunswick or pizza heaven off washington rd in sayreville offer a much better product with quicker service
