This place is horrible. Waited forever to be seen and there was only 2 people ahead of me. They did not inform that they did not take insurance and after your visit they stick it too you. If you cant pay they threaten to call the police. Employees were rude. There will not be a return visit and I advise the same for all. Just horrible

Excellent medical care very late at night. Glad I could get seen immediately. Cash or credit only. No insurance accepted, but you can file the paperwork they give to get, some reimbursement. I hope I don’t need to but would return confident of the care.

Zero stars! Note, that there’s a much more reputable St. Joseph’s Immediate Care right down the street.(Didn’t know about its location or would have gone there) They don’t take insurance — they quoted a price of $ 130 and the price was $ 220! Brought in a child for a suspected step throat –very mild. They prescribed prednisone– a very complicated anti inflammatory steroid to a 60lb child! Bad vibe that you’re about to get taken right from the beginning! I should have paid attention to my instincts!

Is there a negative star? I’ve been sitting here for over an hour with a raging sinus infection and the flu, shivering to death, and the dr takes literally 30 minutes per person. Just give me a freaking z pack and tamiflu and I’ll be on my way. No one else is even sick here! I can tell bc I can hear them trough the door. They have a sore throat. They need a flu shot. Great. That doesn’t take 30 minutes. Not to mention to sign in you hve to type it all in on a computer. Hello germs much??? Add to that the fact cvs paged my phone twenty minutes ago to tell me I was ready and then they took another girl ahead of me? One things for sure– i miss my Naples Florida urgent care right now. Big time. Here’s to hoping they can at least call me a zpack in. If they can’t I’m pretty sure I have to add to this review… They really need to rename this place the 29373758 minutes clinic. «By the time we get you in you’ll already be healed!!»

I did not know what to expect when I showed up at Urgent Care last night. When I pulled up they let me in and took care of me immediately. I was suffering from a severe asthma attack that I had been trying to push through for days, as well as bronchitis that they later diagnosed. I could not be more grateful for the incredible service these people gave me. Normally, going to any emergency center sets me over the edge, but not these guys. They let me know exactly what I was paying for and even helped me save some money in the process. They printed paperwork to give to my insurance company copied my SOAP notes and burnt a copy of my x-Ray. The paramedic, Brooks, is a great guy and made me feel extremely comfortable, as well as the people who showed up to assess my problem. Thank you guys for not screwing around and helping me breathe again! Brings tears to my eyes just thinking how scared I was and how they made everything okay! Please do not hesitate to be seen! This place is the real deal!

Cash or credit no insurance or handouts. This place is fast and great. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I brought my Mom here after she got in a fight with a food processor. Within 15 minutes the on call PA rolled up and stitched her up. Meds were called in at the pharmacy 5 blocks down the street. We would have spent 5 hours in the ER waiting behind all the lines. Worth forking out the cash. You can get insurance to reimburse you later. In and out in 53 minutes. Bam.
