It’s been almost a week since my colon hydrotherapy and I’ve already lost 10lbs. This comes after 2 weeks of hard work: Eating clean, exercising regularly and drinking lots of water. My session with Christina has made me so much more mindful about what I put into my body. I consider what I’m consuming down to the cellular level. I like how she took the time to give me useful information in a caring way. Christina has an empowering and insightful aura. She seems to love the work she does and I love that!
