The hiking trails here are not good. They are more like abandoned roads that have some cow paths but prepare to spend half the time in knee deep grass (ticks anyone?). Once you are in the woods they are fine but a huge loop was closed when we were there.
Dogs are not allowed — so party foul big time right there. We will not be back.

What a great park to hike through. You will see a lot of birds and wildlife, nature enthusiasts will love this park. Many trails are shared with horses making for an enjoyable hike, but you will need to be careful where you step.
