Burger King

If you like slow service combined with your order being prepared wrong, this Burger King is your place. The drive thru was closed at 8pm on a Saturday which seemed excessively early to me. I walk in and order a double cheeseburger and nothing else. 15 minutes later, they get my order to me and of course it was wrong. Instead of going through another lengthy wait, I just took the burger as it was prepared and left.

Adjust your expectations and this is a decent BK. Better food than the McDonald’s up 101. I like the variety on the menu and everyone who works here is nice. If you want a decent fast food burger, don’t let all the kale eating snob reviews deter you. The A1 burger is legit, no matter how organic and snooty the world has become.

Every BK review is worse than the one before. I’ve been to hundreds of BKs in my life and they’re all pretty much the same. I don’t go to a BK expecting it to be like a Capitol Grill.
Santosh had an interesting review describing his food poisoning experience in great detail. I think he provided his doctors name and how many red lights he hit on the way to the hospital and morgue.
Maybe Jimmy Kimmel could do a segment on Stupid Burger King Reviews review.

Please be safe and skip this place. I got severe food poisoning and was taken to emergency after eating here. I ordered a spicy chicken meal at 1 pm and by 5pm I started having stomach pain, followed by vomiting, I started shivering so bad that my wife called ambulance and I was admitted to hospital. This is the only meal that I had that day so I am very certain it was the chicken burger.

The guy working here Benjamin, is awesome. Very courteous and polite. Even when some noisy teens came in to loiter he kept a positive attitude. Also noticed he smiled as he was handing over the order. A smile goes a long way.
I also noticed customers thanked him on the way out. I wish more employees were like him. Very welcoming. I don’t always eat at Burger King but if I’m in the area I’ll stop by for a snack.
Keep up the great work man!

Absolutely the worst Burger King in Marin. I went there the other day for lunch and the person that took my order messed it up so I ended up waiting at the drive thru window for 20 minutes while they remade my food. I didn’t know that not putting cheese on a burger was so difficult. The store itself isn’t that clean and the last time i went there, the tomatoes on my burger tasted dried out. There is a McDonalds and InNOut like 3 miles up the freeway. Save your money and your appetite because it is worth the extra drive. They have better customer service, a cleaner store and they know how to get orders right.

First off, I wish there was an option to give no stars because THIS PLACE FREAKING SUCKS! I work in Sausalito and thought going to BK would be faster than going to McDonalds. WRONG. when we got to the menu to order we waited 10 minutes just for the guy to say «Please wait a moment». We even treys getting his attention but nothing worked! All of their products suck and you can taste the chemicals on their satisfries. Go here if you want to make your day even worse.

They don’t use gloves to handle the food, I ate it because I was hungry and wasn’t gonna have another break like for 3 hrs, when you got there don’t expect a greeting, the manager just walked by the deep fryer, grabbed a French fry and ate it, That was my last time there for sure, and I’ll also make sure my coworkers don’t go there, one of the employes had to sign a sheet the «manager» gave her and the pen didn’t work, so what does she do, throws the pen on the counter bounces off and almost hits me. Stay away from there.

Just plain sad. Not a BK fan to begin with, but wanted to try sweet potato fries or satisfries. Well, BK doesn’t sell sweet potato fries anymore so satisfries it was. The food took freakin’ FOREVER to be served. There were two people in front of me and I could tell they had been waiting a lifetime for their food too, and they didn’t look happy about it. There wasn’t any ketchup in the dispenser, and right next to the dispenser was a bucket with dirty water and rag for cleaning. Uh, not too appetizing, and that may be a health hazard! The guy who took my order was nice enough, and he took the order as soon as I walked in. After that the whole experience went downhill. I guess there is a reason (or a few reasons) I am not a BK fan!

Worst BK I’ve ever been to! They didn’t carry half of the menu items and were rude. I went because i saw seasonal ad an wanted to try one of the specials. I walked in and saw huge signs featuring same items and on menu graphics for the items… but they didn’t have any of them. I decided since I was already there I would get my regular menu item… nope they no longer had that burger either! I felt duped.
Patrons are loud and no courtesy! I will never stop there again and will associate BK with this experience forever it was so bad!

Got a perfect little bag of ONION RINGS for one buck flat from the Value Menu, where everything is a cool $ 1:

Hot, crispy, and delicious.
I’d have paid $ 6 for the same thing elsewhere but I’d have had to get out of my robe and slippers.

This place is another gross fast food place. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it tasted like shit, thats right SHIT. The chicken was probably a couple weeks old and wasn’t even heated properly. Stay far, far away from this place. Took one bit of it and threw it away. I want my $ 6 back!

First time here… it was OK. I went thru Drive Thru and the order taker kept asking a million questions. She asked if I wanted bacon on my Whopper, then cheese, then size of fries… then this, then that… OMG…took 5 mins and I was the only car there.

Ya know. I work in the same damn plaza, and I come here with «some» frequency. What pisses me off enough to actually write a review like this to a «local» food joint is the fact that they mess up my order half the time. I don’t mean sometimes. I literally mean HALF the time.
They’ve screwed up my orders where, I’d order a «premium» burger, meaning NOT a $ 1 burger, take my food back to work only to find that they gave me a $ 1 burger. WTF happened to the $ 4 burger I ordered with my combo?
This morning, I ordered a breakfast combo of sorts, and the General Manager greeted me. She was very nice, as one would expect of a GENERAL MANAGER! Well, she messed up my order today. I saw her yell my order to the back, waited for my order (no one else was in line before or after me), and saw her put all my food together.
Went back to work, sandwich was wrong /​downgraded again. The damn GM messed up. I was pretty frustrated.
From now on, I’m going to check each sandwich in front of them before I leave. Probably a smart move to make in general, but their history of botched orders warrants this.
1-​Star for the General Manager being involved in yet ANOTHER screw-​up.

I was surprised to find such a clean Burger King. The coffee was actually good. The servers were wearing chef’s coats. It’s not just a burger king, it’s more of an upscale experience. I actually saw someone using a bucket of wash water with bleach in it. Kudos burger king for a great experience.

Customer service at drive-​thru is always friendly. Food is made fast and always served hot. Can’t say much for the location and drive-​thru structure. Sandra p. proved a good point, random people climbing the waist high wall and hopping over as short-​cut into the plaza. It’s common sense, so keep your doors locked and look before you drive off from the drive-​thru window.

Lady behind the counter obviously didn’t understand this simple order because she had to ask the other cashier. After I paid for this meal, she says tells me my order number, but says she has to keep the receipt. When they call out my number and I pick up my take-​out meal, they hand me my kids meal bag and a kiddie cup for the fountain soda drink. I told her that I ordered a boxed apple juice drink. She looks at me very puzzled and said there wasn’t any and will go to look in back for some. After a while, the other cashier comes to see what was the problem and I told them that I wanted JUICE and not a SODA. They gave me boxed orange juice. That’s fine… I wanted to go. When I finally sat down to eat, I find in the kiddie bag … a hamburger, french fries, and to top it off, THERE WAS NO TOY IN THE TOY BOX!!! What are the odds? I guess having it my way means I’m going to hit the highway on them forever…

This place is brutal. For some reason when I was pregnant I had disgusting cravings for it! The BBQ stacker! Which is super odd because I HATE BBQ sauce. I feel sorry for the staff here. It is a bit dangerous — kids cross thru the drive thru of this place to walk thru the shopping center. And the staff does nothing about it! I am scared that one day I might actually hit someone when they do this. It dirty & untidy inside. I have only eaten inside ONCE it was so gross.
