He even managed to make sense of Verizon’s horribly confusing «Device Payment» plan thing. I always appreciate great service. THANK YOU

This location is superior to all surround verizon retailers. Boa, the manager, is an extremely helpful, realistic salesman. His struggle with customer communication as far as explaining things fully and critically is a little lack. I think it’s a confidence thing though. Sir, you know your stuff and every way around these stupid phones so FLAUNT IT. He does what he says he’s going to do AND MORE. Ask away he has the answers. It takes a little and patience because sometimes transferring data from phone to phone is lengthy. But it’s so worth the time and effort.
I will most certainly be returning to this location for any further verizon needs.

Wireless Zone (Verizon) in the Square One Mall is fantastic. I agree with the reviewer who said it is not your average cell phone store. I wanted to leave T-​Mobile but keep my numbers and also delay activation until Christmas. The guys at this store helped me pick out great phones with no sales pressure. They were friendly and courteous and worked as a team. The experience of switching carriers was painless… until something went wrong at the Corporate level and my activation was messed up– my account was actually deactivated for some reason. Asim at Wireless Zone was on the phone for more than 4 hours working to get my phone up and working. It is so rare to meet sales people who really care and who go out of their way. When any other place would have left it to be my problem and let me deal with customer service, the crew at this store made it their mission to get to the bottom of the problem and find someone in customer service who could actually fix it. Then Asim called me personally to make sure things were working ok. I will never go to another dealer again. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Not your average cell phone store. The service here has been absolutely amazing, I will literally never buy a cell phone from any other store ever again,
I came in to get a phone for my husband for father’s day. The phone that I wanted wasn’t in stock (it is a hot phone right now) so they ordered it for me. They called me daily to let me know the status and when the phone came in three days later they called me as soon as it arrived. When I came into the store I was warmly greeted and the store manager came over to help me. He remembered my story as the Associate who originally helped me wasn’t in when I came in. They switched the phone number over with the contacts and pictures and issued new insurance on the phone and the whole transaction cost far less than it did when I upgraded my phone directly through Verizon,
In addition, they completed the mail in rebate paperwork with me, put it in an envelope and even put a stamp on it. Yes, you read that correctly. They even gave me postage. They even helped me think of ways to surprise my husband with the phone. Hands down, they were the most awesome people in there!
By far the smoothest, nicest transaction ever. I greatly appreciate the service.

So after months of my family and husband nagging me to get a new phone, I finally made the leap and purchased a Smartphone.
I know the owner of this store, Eric, so when my 2 year contract was up for renewal, I asked him what he could do for me. Eric gave me a great deal on an iPhone4 and accessories, and even though he was not working the day I picked up the phone, he made sure I was well taken care of. The store supervisor, Sumir (sp?), was pleasant, helpful, and informative about my options. He also took the time to apply a free screen protector and transferred my contacts and pics from my previous phone. While I was there, I observed Sumir deal with two crazy customers. One man talked his ear off for 10 minutes about how his friend could give him a better deal on a phone. Sumir listened to the man patiently and in the end, gave him his business card and cell phone number, and told him to call him when he was ready to buy a phone. While he was conducting my transaction, a frantic older lady begged Sumir to turn off the auto-​correction feature on her iPhone. Instead of being annoyed, Sumir showed her how to do it so she could do it herself in the future and she was eternally grateful.
I will probably have this phone for a long time, but if I ever need anything for my phone, I will definitely return! For those of you unfamiliar with the mall, this store is right next to Game Stop.
