Absolutely stellar customer service. I had a problem with a laptop and was getting put through the ringer for a while. Radio Shack took my computer, sent it out and took care of everything! Dana, the store manager and I cannot remember the other gentlemen’s names took great care of me. On top of the fact they found nothing wrong with my computer internally, they completely fixed whatever cosmetic issues and replaced everything on the laptop. Unfortunately, my warranty had run out but after contacting Dana, he assured me they would take care of everything for me as it had taken them a little over a month to get it back to me. For the inconvenience of the time they really added a personal touch to the situation! They called me immediately as the laptop arrived in the store(as well as cosmetically got this thing looking BRANDNEW) and I picked it up that night with a small but thoughtful complementary gift for the slight inconvenience! I’d have to say, these associates and managers really go above and beyond to provide their clients with a personal, accurate and efficient touch. Thanks again guys!
